Lance's Pov: I had been collecting souls all day, I only had one more to go! I tapped the light on my map, teleporting me to that area, I saw the soul floating over the dead body, it just sat there, they normally floated towards me meaning that this man was not ready to go, were not supposed to make acceptions, were just supposed to collect the souls and continue but instead I sat there a while, I watched the man as he laid still, he was quite nice looking, even though he was dead, I took a deep breath and walked over to the man, he couldn't have been much older than 20 I thought to myself, I thought for a few moments before standing above the man and forcing his soul back into his body, he took a deep breath and sat up abruptly, he looked at me and smiled, he can see me!
Keith: Hi!
Lance: Wait... You can see me?
Keith: Of course... Why wouldn't I be able to see you silly!
Lance: No one else can
Keith: Well I guess I'm special then
Lance's Pov: That's the moment I realized he was my soulmate, that same night I quit my job as the grim reaper, I went back to the man and asked his name, we became friends and eventually lovers, we got married about a year ago, we've been talking about adoption, lifes been amazing!
Keith: Lance! Come look at this kid! I think I may have found the one
Lance: Let's see! *Runs over to Keth and glances at the computer screen* She's adorable but were n't we looking for a younger kid?
Keith: Yeah we were but it just seems right, she almost died when she was born and she's mute, I just feel drawn to her... What do you think?
Lance: She's perfect, email them!
Keith: *Emails them*
*A week later*
Keith: Oh my god Lance!
Lance: *Runs over to Keith* What are you okay?
Keith: I'm better than okay, I'm amazing!
Lance: What happened?
Keith: Their coming to check out the house Lance! Their considering us!
Lance: Oh my god! Come here! *Opens arms*
Keith: *Stands up and jumps in Lance's arms* Lance, that means we could be parents!
Lance: *Hugs Keith tight and smiles* I never thought this would be my life but I'm glad it is! *Kisses Keith*
Keith: *Kisses back* *Pulls away* And now our family will be complete!
