I walk past Daily Forest cafe and I looked in as I knew that Eve had a shift today and saw Maddie sitting their. I was about to walk past when I saw a man walk up to her and start harassing her.
I knew that she could handle herself but I couldn't help myself.
I ran inside, picked him up and was outside within 5 seconds!
I threw him to the ground.
"what the hell man?" he asked me but it was too late! I could feel my wolf taking over.
I hit him in stomach while whispering "stay away from her! Don't ever touch her again!" just loud enough that he could hear.
I heard the door open and saw Eve come out.
"what are you doing Xander?" she asks me.
I turn around and run into the forest.
Why does life have to be so hard?
Why did I have to fall for a vampire?
These were the questions circling in my head all the way back home!
