I saw her walking towards the cafe and for some odd reason I became really nervous! My leg was bobbing up and down under the table and I was sweating.
I've never felt like this before and I hated it! I felt weak.
Her hand was on the door handle, she opened the door and walked in.
I swear my heart missed a beat! My mouth just hung open.
She was in the most beautiful black dress. I felt under dressed. All I was wearing was my blue jeans, white top and black trainers.
As she got her the table, I noticed that her eyes were light brown and not red.
I got up and pulled her chair out for her.
"Wow!" That was all I could say.
" you don't think it's too much, do you? " she asked me.
"No! Not at all. You look stunning!" I replied .
"Whew! I was worried there for a second." She told me.
"How did you change your eyes from red to brown?" I asked.
She leaned on closer and I couldn't help but lol at her eyes. I had,a feeling that something was going to happen.
"Have you ever heard of contact lenses?" She asked while her eyes changed from brown to red to blue to brown.
"Of course I have." I replied . "What do you take me for? A caveman?" I asked her.
She laughed at that and I couldn't help but join in. She has that kind of contagious laughter.
Suddenly she looked down at her wrist to see a dainty little wrist watch. It looked very old but seemed to be ticking just fine.I
"Oh god! Is that the time?" She exclaimed . "I'm sorry! I've got to go!"
" it's fine" I replied. Being honest I was kind of bummed but at least I got to see her for a hour.
She spun around and started heading for the door.
"Bye!" She called behind her.
"Bye" I whispered under my breath.
That girl was gonna be the end of me.
