The moment I stepped out of the car and saw Kaim in the distance, it was like all the air my lungs came out in one big "whoosh". He looked stunning in that sleep black suit, crisp black dress shirt, and silk black tie. Like the kind of man who would host an elegant gather for the rich and beautiful. Suddenly, I was back at that club with Rachael for my birthday, gazing in shock and confusion as Gorgeous Blue Eyes gestured for me to come over. I'd never seen a more beautiful man in my entire life - and I've seen some beautiful ones - and at the same time, I wondered why in the hell he was looking at this marshmallow like I was the last moon pie on earth.

The first time we met was the most passionate night of my life. Little did I know, it would end up being one of many. But I'm no longer questioning if this handsome stranger was just crazy for coming on to me or hiding a sinister ulterior motive. I know better. Kaim is without a doubt the best thing to ever happen to me and now, I was eager to make it to his side, overjoyed.

If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't be such a scared twit and I would call him much sooner.

I watched as his eyes widened and, just as predicted, his jaw fell to the floor. "Zara...you look?"

"Stunning?" We took each other's hand and look deeply into each other's eyes. "I would hope so, after everything those maids put me through."

"You too, huh?" he said with a chuckle. "They don't mess around, do they? I felt like I was being stuffed in a sardine can, not a designer suit."

"You look so good in it, though." I flashed him a devilish grin. "Sharp-dressed man indeed."

"And you look like a woman who's going to enjoy every minute of me getting that dress off of her."

"Well if you were wrapped in layers of shapewear and brassieres, you'd want to get out of this dress, too!"

We shared a laugh before Kaim pulled me toward our villa. It was like he was pulling me into a dream I never thought I'd have. The way the purples and yellow hues of the sunset spilled into the glistening pool. The palm trees swayed with the light, gentle breezes. The soft, golden glow of lanterns lined the sides of the pool, lining the path to the center of the patio. A circle of white and red rose petals beckoned us to stand inside of it.

"Kaim, this is beautiful," I managed, blown away.

"Not as beautiful as you." Those gorgeous blue eyes both sweet and impish. "Not even close. Now, come with me."

With every step we take toward the rose petal circle, my heart flutters quicker and quicker. But there is no place I'd rather be. As we take our place in the circle, I feel so happy. If you told me that I would be in paradise with a man who loves me passionately, I'd laugh and then slap you for telling me something so stupid and unbelievable.

As beautiful as this moment is, I can't help but be playful. "You know, if I'm allowed to be in 'wedding blogger' mode, I'd say that this is a beautiful set up for a proposal."

"So, what if it is?" My knees were like jelly. Not very ideal when wearing heels. "Would that bother you?"

"N-No." Keep calm. Don't freak out. Freak out a little. "I don't understand. Aren't we already engaged?"

"Oh, we are, and I still think I proposed first, by the way." Still stubborn until the very end. He's so cute when he's defeated. "But there is one thing I have to do before we leave this place."

"And that is..."

He lips curl into a warm, joyful smile. Never have seen anything so glorious or anything that makes me so happy. Never mind that I really can't be swooning in heels. "I have to make it official."
