"Good morning Centerville. Today we have a very special announcement from our second-in-command, Tillie Murphy. Tillie?"
"Thank you, Jake. As some of you may have heard, there was recently an attack on the North Quarter. And while The Palace is working on repairing the damage done, an interesting development has come to our attention. While we previously thought that the Gifted were the only ones with powers, it seems there are minor powers in some other people. Powers such as healing, teleportation, mind-reading, shapeshifting, and so on. If you have minor powers please report to the Palace immediately."
"Was there anything else?"
"Yes, while we help rebuild the quarter that was attacked, we recommend that citizens train to protect themselves and others." she huffed a sigh.
"Also, unfortunately, somebody very important has disappeared. Her name is Zoie Lanchaster. If you have seen or heard anything please contact the Palace immediately."
