She drove the car in silence. Nakatulog na rin si Jeron after saying those words. Words that kept her hanging. Words that left her confused. Words that made her heart melt.

Napahilamos na lang siya sa mukha niya dahil sa isang bagay. Because she was a coward. Dahil naduduwag siya. Naduduwag siyang umamin dahil natatakot siyang masaktan.

But isn't that what life is all about? A cycle wherein you develop a feeling towards a person and you either get the feeling back or not get it back. And when you don't get it back, you just move on. It's all about finding the right one and it doesn't only take a single try.

She knows that she loves him in return, well, hindi naman sa mahal agad pero may gusto at interes naman siya dito kahit papaano.

"Tangina." mura niya habang nagmamaneho.

She arrived at the Men's dorm at about the first hour of the morning. Agad naman siyang sinalubong ni Thomas at tinulungan para buhatin si Jeron papunta sa kuwarto nito.

"Thanks, Miks!" Thomas said after helping her get Jeron bed.

Napameywang siya sa sobrang pagod. "Ano ba 'yan! Pinasundo mo 'yan e ang bigat bigat!" reklamo niya sa lalaking kahrap na noo'y nagsisimula nang ngumiti.

"Actually... " He said, a little bit hesitant. "Alam ko kung nasaan si Jeron pero madami kasing requirements e so.. "

She didn't let Thom finished his sentence. Agad niya itong binatukan. "You what?!"

Napakamot na lang ito sa ulo. "Sorry na. I was just busy talaga. And besides, atleast diba, nakasama mo na ulit siya." he answered with a grin.

"At sinong may sabing gusto ko siyang makita, aber?" taas kilay na tanong niya dito.

Thomas smiled. "Si Ara."

That Ara! Malilintikan talaga 'yun pagbalik ko sa dorm, she thought.

"Ikaw na ang bahala kay Jeron. I'll just do some of my requirements pa." he said and headed towards the door.

"Oh, and by the way... " he looked back with a grin, "It's up to you kung papalitan mo 'yang damit ni Paps. Baka matuyuan ng pawis but nonetheless it's a win win, right? You can see all of him, if you want." natatawang sabi nito at tuluyang lumabas sa kuwarto.

Hindi niya maiwasang mamula sa pinagsasabi ng lalaking iyon. "W-what are you saying?" utal utal na tanong niya.

And besides, I saw it already, her subconcious said, giggling. Pinandilatan na lamang niya ang boses na nanggagaling sa utak niya. It was hard enough dealing with Thomas, how much more if there's two?

"And yeah, I'll even lock the door if you want!" he shouted with a chuckle from the other room.

"CHE!"

Matapos niya itong palitan. Agad siyang napaupo sa kama nito sa pagod. Kinumutan niya ito and she couldn't help but look at the beautiful being sleeping in front of her.

He looks so innocent... how could I break his heart? she thought.

Napabuntong hininga na lang siya. "Sana hindi ako naduduwag." she started "Masakit kasing masaktan. I hope when I learn not to be coward, you'd still be there waiting for me. I hope by then, you would still be there with your arms o-open." she couldn't help but shed a tear as she was saying that.
