"Sisterly" Love (Sketch X Reader)

Chapter 6

Denis' POV

We all decide to play Truth or Dare in the living room. "So whos going first?", I ask. "I'll go," Alex says. "Uh...Elijah, Truth or Dare?" "Um, truth.", he says, looking at Alex. "Do you have a crush?", he smirks. Elijah sighs. "I did, but I've gotten over it." "Who was it then?", I smirk. "I'd rather not say...", Elijah looks down. Alex shrugs. "Your loss." Denis giggles. "Your turn Elijah." "Fine. Denis Truth or Dare?" "Um...Dare." Then a wide smile appears on Elijah's face. Oh no... Elijah laughs and says, "I dare you to eat 10 packs of fruit snacks under a minute." I look at him. "That's not a terrible dare..." "I try!", he pouts. Ethan snorts. We all walk over to the kitchen as Alex pulls out a box full of fruit snacks. "Ready?", Alex asks. I sigh. "Ready." I nod at Amie and she pulls up Stopwatch. "Ready, and...go!" She taps the start button and I immediately open my first bag to then dump it in my mouth.

"And...done!", I cheer, looking at the 10 empty bags in front of me. Amie looks at her phone. "57.43 seconds.", she says. "Nice.", Elijah gives me a high five as I feel someone pat my back. "Whos next?", Ethan asks. I look at Ethan. "It's my turn I think.", I question. "And good sir, you'd be right.", Elijah says formally. I giggle and look at everyone. "Ok Amie, Truth or Dare?"

I check my phone. 9:15 AM. I show my phone to Alex and he alerts the group. "We should leave in the next couple minutes.", Alex states. "Where's all of our swimsuits?", Elijah asks. "There in the car...", I say, looking at Elijah. "Oh.", Elijah looks at the door. Ethan and Amie snort. "Well, come on. Let's head out.", Amie says, almost laughing. I smile. "Yeah." We all walk out of Alex's house as he opens the door and I start my car. "Ready?", I look at everyone as they file into the car. "Yup!", Elijah answers for everybody. I look back at the road and drive off.
