Birthday Bash

Tomorrow is my birthday and the results of the final exams are in and also graduation pictures.

"We need Alana Richardson, Jessie Collins, Candice Alum, and Chris Jones to report to the library now."

We were in school doing our school work and all of a sudden we were called to the library. It really wasn't much to do since finals were over.

"You are the top 4 in the entire school. You all did a spectacular job on the finals. Congratulations you 4 have been rewarded with $500 check for your terrific high scores", Ms. Jameison stated.

"You all will be going on college tours to the top most four outstanding colleges.", Mr. Phillips followed.

We all gave ourselves a pat on the back, but then they stopped me just before i walked out the door.

"Wait Alana. Out of you four you scored the highest out of the school, meaning you are number one. You have scholarships for many different schools already and we want to invite you to Washington"

"Oh my God that would be such an honor. Thank you so much."

"Thank yourself. You've worked hard to get where you are now."

After that we lined up to take graduation pictures. All of them were so nice, they would be good memories.

"Hey Lana", Jessie said as we walked to lunch.

"Hey Jess. So are you coming to my birthday party"

"Where's it at"

"The lodge"

"You know im going. I already know you had the money for it."

"And how is that"

"I've seen your talents and you're everywhere. You're basically a secret celebrity."

It was time to get out of school and I had many things to do. My mom and I had to go make reservations at the lodge.

"Honey you can go get us some lunch while i finish filling out the information"

It was like a restaurant 2 blocks away.I placed my order and was about to go have a seat but I dropped my change

"Excuse me ma'am you dropped your change", the man said handing me my change. Then I noticed him when he turned around, it was Ty. I started walking out the door didn't even bother waiting for my order.

"Alana come here", he screamed.

"What do you want", I said turning around.

"I want your forgiveness", he said grabbing my hand.

"So all of a sudden you're a changed person ", I said to him.

"Yeah I am I swear. I'm so sorry for what I did to you and you gotta understand that."

"Understand what. Do you know how bad you hurt me."

"Listen to me, please. We can just sit here and talk about it"

"I don't need to talk about anything with you."

"Please Alana. My mom is dying, I have less than a month with her. She knows how horrible my past has been. Her dying wishes are for me to change my life around, so can we just talk please."

"You have 10 minutes", I said sitting down at the table.

"I have been the most horrible person to you. I'm trying to change my life around and I just want forgiveness"

"Can I say something", I asked him

"Yeah express your feelings.", he told me. I got up and slapped him with my best might and it felt good.
