A cool gust of wintry wind swept its way around the tall city buildings, flooding down the city streets. Feeling the cold air slapping against his skin, Hoseok couldn't help but begin to shiver, bringing his hands to rub against his upper arms for warmth. Walking in perfect stride alongside him, Yoongi shoved his hands deep into the pockets of his hoodie, eyes cast to the moon drifting further from its position in the sky.
Finding the silence awkward, Hoseok was quick to speak up, "God... I hope Jin and Aurora were able to take on those wacko creatures." he sighed, letting out a frosty breath of air as he turned his gaze to the raven haired male beside him, "Just thinking about it gives me the creeps." he shivered, recalling how Seokjin and Aurora had left in a hurry once the wolf like creatures located them.
Yoongi gave a small shrug, "I'm sure they'll be fine, after all, Jin is the original barer of time." he spoke, feeling content that Aurora was in safe hands.
Lips twisting into a frown, a thought popped into Hoseok's mind, "Scary to think that we're both reincarnations huh."
Eyes still glued to the almost starless sky, Yoongi let out a breath of air, "I'll say..." he muttered, feet landing heavily against the pavement below him as they continued to walk, "I wonder how long our predecessors held their positions for?"
Hoseok cocked his head to the side, features illuminated by the warm pools of the streetlights they passed under, "Who knows." he sighed, still wrapping his head around the whole idea of it, "I still wanna know how old Jin is though." he chuckled, an attempt to lighten the mood between them.
The two males came to a halt as they reached their destination, eyes trailing over the bright neon sign of the nightclub. They could already hear the muffled music blaring inside, a few drunk females clad in tight dresses stumbling out the front doors, chuckling with their heels held tightly in their hands. Finally pulling his eyes away from the sky, Yoongi turned his attention towards the orange haired male beside him, "Time for us to do our part." he spoke, hands still slipped inside the pockets of his hoodie. Eyes flickering from the entrance back to Hoseok, Yoongi smirked, "Try not to get carried away in the swarm of girls." he chuckled lowly, wiggling his brows suggestively at the now flustered male beside him.
Crossing his arms over his chest, Hoseok scoffed, "Same goes for you!"
"Nah man..." Yoongi grinned, placing a firm hand against Hoseok's shoulder before leaning into the male's ear, "For me... it's dicks before chicks." he whispered lowly, pulling away as he sent a sly wink Hoseok's way.
As Yoongi stepped away towards the bouncer, Hoseok couldn't help but feel the heat beginning to rise to his cheeks, breath caught in his throat at the raven haired male's unexpected words. So slapping his hands against his cheeks, Hoseok snapped himself out of his trance, following Yoongi closely behind as they entered the club.
Stepping into the building was almost like entering into another world entirely. The music was so loud it made Hoseok's skin tingle and lungs feel like mush. The bass thumped with his heart beat as though they were one, filling him from head to toe with a rhythmic beat. The song that was playing only got louder, more intense as if it were pulling him in and wouldn't let go.
