The next day there were whispers going around every time we entered a room. I personally didn't like it so I stayed in our room for most of the day. Castus was reading at his desk and Shrapnel was taking a nap. The girls were out doing whatever they're doing. I was cleaning my mom's sword. "Shouldn't you get your other swords repaired?" Castus asked me while closing his book. "I'm getting one new one. I still have one more other than my mom's." After I finished my sentence, Aura walked in the room. "Now I see why you guys are in here. That much attention is too much for me to take!" She plopped on her bed and looked up at the ceiling. "ahhh got to love the silence." she said dozing into a slumber. "I'm going to the armory." I said to Castus who acknowledged me with a nod. The whispers continued on my way to the armory. That's when I bumped into young and knocked her book down. "Sorry." I told her. "no it's my fault. I should have looked where I was going." "Im shadow." I smiled at her. "Lilith." she said smiling back. "I was on my way to the armory if you wanted to join me." She was so surprised at my invitation. "sure!" We walked through the courtyard as everyone kept whispering around us. "Do you know why people are whispering about me?" I asked her. She closed her eyes for about twenty seconds. "it's about you taking down Shar." she said with a smile on her face. "How do you know?" "One of my abilities is mind reading." She responded. I didn't know that there were mind readers. I had a good feeling about this girl.
