What's The Surprise?

Raven's POV

"I'll ask again. Who are you working for?" I asked again. He kept quiet.

"I'm waiting. If you now me, which you kind of do, I don't like waiting."

"Okay, okay. His name is Slade." He answered.

"No. Not again. What does he want from me?" I said.

"What, did he caught you before?" He asked.

"Yes, he did. He took me all the way to Gotham City. He took me there because Scarecrow wanted to use my powers. Slade kidnapped me for his own plan, but someone called and made a deal with him. That's why I went to Gotham. Scarecrow sucked all my powers out and I blacked out. What Cyborg had told me, he said I was dead. Then, my powers bought me back yo life. I thought I would be with my friends, but I guess Slade still wants me. I can never be left alone." I told him.

He just stared at me in disbelief, at least I think he is. I can't really tell because of his mask.

"Wow, never knew you had it tough. But, a deal is a deal and I won't turn down a deal. Sorry Sunshine." He told me.

"I wouldn't care. Why don't you just kill me already."

"Sorry, he wants you alive."

I finished eating and Red X tied me back and left me on a dark corner. I'm not sure why he tied me up, I can't go anywhere.

"Why does he want me for?" I asked.

"I don't know. All he told me was to get you and I get something in return." He said.

I just lay there on the floor. No matter what happens, it has to be me.

I was thinking for a while, then a pair of footsteps broke my thoughts. The door creaks open, then the footsteps came closer but stopped.

"I did what you asked for." Red X said to the person that came in. 

"Good. Where's the girl?" The man asked, which was Slade.

"She's at the corner."

He came closer and closer to me, then stopped.

"Hello again, Raven. Isn't it good to be back?" He said.

"I rather die than be here." I told him.

"Well, someone is excited. Listen, I have a surprise for you. It won't work unless you power it. I think you know what it is once I show it to you."

Once he said that, I began to think what he would have.

"What's the surprise?"

Well, here's the update. Hope you all enjoyed it. I am so sorry for updating late. So much homework and responsibilities. It really puts me in a lot of stress.
