Cyborg's POV

* 15 Minutes Later *

So far, nothing has changed. No breathing, no heart beat, no eyes opening. Nothing.

"No, this can't happen. Not her. Why did it had to be her? She has suffered so much." I said to myself.

"I can't believe she's gone."

I just stand there, in the quiet room, just thinking why would this happened.

'I guess we were too late.' I said to myself.

I walked out of the infirmary. When I walked out, everyone got up and came towards me.

"Cyborg, is our friend the 'o' and 'k'?" Starfire asked.

"Yeah, will Raven be alright?" Beast Boy said.

I just looked down for a moment and then I began telling them what happened.

"Well, when I took Raven in, I quickly started to hook up everything. Then, her heart beat started to slow down. I quickly injected her with the syringe that had healing medicine in it. When I injected her, nothing happened. Then, her heart beat stopped and I started to panic. I had an idea that may be her powers would help her heal faster. I couldn't get the tube to open, so I dropped it on the floor, it broke and the black energy took a form of a raven. It looked around the room and stared at Raven, then it went inside of her. I waited 15 minutes, but nothing happened." I said.

Beast Boy thought for a moment. Then he said, "Wait, does this mean that Raven..."

"Is gone." I finished for him. I looked down and just stood there with the others.

"Cyborg, are you sure that Raven won't wake up?" Batman asked.

"I waited so long just to see if she would, but she hasn't." I answered.

"She suffered so much. She doesn't deserve this." Robin said.

"We know Robin, but I guess it's just the way it is. At least we all know that she is not suffering where she is at anymore." I told him.

"Why did our friend must leave? She still had a long way to go." Starfire said.

"I know Star. It's awful that Raven isn't here with us. As long as we are here, we should be happy that she is not suffering from all that pain that Scarecrow and the others did to her. She is probably happy from where she is right now." I told her and comforted her.

"We will give you all moment with each other." Wonder Woman said. The Justice League left the room.

"Why Rae? Why did she had to go?" Beast Boy said.

"Well BB, sometimes things happen and when they happen, it's called life. It happened to Raven for a reason. That reason is because she can rest in peace. Like I said to Star, we should be happy that she is in a better place. Not mourn for her." I told him.

"Cyborg is right. We should all go in and say our good byes to Raven." Robin said, making sure he didn't crack in front of us.

We all nodded and headed in to where Raven lies.

Just to see her unmoving form is just hard to believe that she is gone. All I am thinking is that she is still alive. But she's not.

We all stand there, nor quite sure who will say their good bye first. So we just stand there for what seemed like days have gone by.

Starfire stepped up and went next to Raven. Then, she began saying her good bye.

"Raven, you have been the best friend I have ever had. Even though you would always stay in your room, you would still do the 'hanging out' with me. I really have enjoyed your time being with us. You will never be forgotten friend. Good bye. May the Gods be with you, friend." Tears started to fall on her face and then she backed away.

Beast Boy stepped up and stood next to her. He took a breath and began saying his farewell.

"Raven, you have always been the quiet one. You have always been the one who won't do any fun. Your the one who would always make fun of me, and that would never be forgotten. Now that your gone, I shouldn't be mad for what you've done to me. I should cherish those moments. Those moments will always be in our hearts. We will always miss your sarcasm and your smart remarks. You will never be forgotten. Good bye, Raven." He had a few tears come down. He backed away.

Robin stepped up and stood next to Raven. He took a good look at her and then sighed. Then began saying his good bye.

"Raven, you were the greatest friend I could ever have. When the world was about to end, you thought that there was no hope into saving it. Until I told you that you just needed to believe in yourself and hope, you can do anything, and you did. You hoped in us and yourself. You are the hopeful person I have met and you will be dearly missed. You will always be a true hero, Raven. Even if you still think your evil, your a true hero, a true friend." He gave one last look at her and stepped back.

Next came up Terra. She stepped next to Raven and just thought for a moment. Then, began her good bye.

"Raven, even though you hated me from the beginning, began being friends, and then enemies, you have been there for me through the whole thing. I don't know how this team would survive without you. But, I promise you that I would make sure that won't happen. Even though we got on the wrong foot, I know that we can be close. I also hope you forgive me for all my actions that I have done in the past. Good bye, Raven. You will always be remembered as the best friend that anyone could ever had." She said, she began to cry and stepped down.

Last, but not least, is me. I stepped up next to her and sighed. Then I began saying my farewell.

"Well, Raven, I can't believe your time has come. I thought this day would never come. You were always my little sister. If you were in trouble, I would always be there. If you needed to talk, I would always be there. But now that your gone, it will be hard just to think that your gone. I just wanted to say that, thank you for being on our side. We will never forget you. It will just be too hard to forget you. Your actions will always be remembered. You are the greatest person that ever came into our lives. So, thank you and good bye, little sis." When I was done, a tear came out of my human eye. I stepped down and just walked back to where I was standing.

We all stand there, in silence. Not a single noise has been made. It's just sad that it ended this way.

* 15 Minutes Later *

We have been standing here for 15 minutes. Just giving her the respect.

Until, a noise was made. I looked up and the machine next to Raven began blinking. Then it started to beat in a steady rhythm.

Then, I thought to myself,

'Can this be happening?
