Harry's pov

"You're all horrible, you know? I talk to one girl and you all have to butt in and make me look bad." I crossed my arms pretending to be mad.

"Aww come Harry, you couldn't expect us to just stand there." Liam joked.

"It's our job to embarrass you." Zayn chuckled.

"Aww is little Harry mad we didn't let him talk to his little girlfriend?" Louis pinched my cheeks from his seat behind me.

"Stop it!" I laughed as I tried to get away from him.

"Don't worry mate. They'll be plenty of girls in Paris. It is the city of love after all." Liam patted my shoulder.

"Yeah, I guess you're right." I shrugged, but for some reason I couldn't get her out of my head.

Katrina's pov

My aunt pulled up to the house and it looked like something straight out of a movie. It wasn't a mansion or anything, but it was cute. Earthy tones and mosaic tiles everywhere.

"Wow." I mumbled under my breathe. Maybe Paris wouldn't be so bad.

"I'll take that as a compliment." My aunt walked up next to me with my suitcase.

"It was."

"We'll come in then. I'll show you your room."

I followed her inside and her personality really came through all the interior decorating. It was colorful and busy, just like her.

"Down stairs there's the living room, kitchen and a bathroom and up stairs are 3 bedrooms. Yours is the first one on the right. Go on up and check it out."

"Okay." I said as I raced up the stairs. I was honestly kinda scared to see how my room would look like. I opened the door to mint green walls and white furniture. It was clean without too many decorations. There were some frames hung but that was about it. I didn't hear my aunt walk in so when she spoke I jumped a little.

"You should look at the view." She pointed at the balcony, smirking a bit.

I stepped out and the Eiffel Tower was in plain sight, all light up against a dark sky. Paris was definitely growing on me. I didn't want to admit, but maybe it wouldn't be so bad spending my summer here.

"So tomorrow I was hoping we'd walk through the shops by the canal." She said pointing towards the east side of the city.

"And the day after that? Wait don't tell me yet. Let me grab my planner." I raced back inside and pulled out my planner.

That thing was my life. I've had since I was little, planning out my days. People always thought it was a little strange, but this thing was my life. It kept me organized, on time, and just calm. No surprises, so I knew everything I needed. Besides, I hated surprises.

Harry's pov

"This was suppose to be a 15 minute break." Liam chuckled as we leaned against the railing of a bridge, eating a few snacks we bought walking along the river by the shops.

"We deserve it. We've been in the studio for hours." Louis shrugged looking out at the city.

"We're lucky, aren't we?" Niall asked looking down at the water.

"Definitely." Zayn replied. I just nodded my head. I looked up and saw the canal twist and turn in between the beautiful buildings, but my luck got better when I saw a familiar face walking by the water.

"I'll be right back." I said the boys as I ran to Katrina.

"Awww it's her again."

"Styles you have 5 minutes before we have to go back."

"Shut up. Let the boy work his magic."

I shook my head, hoping no one was listening to them because they lived to embarrass me and unfortunately they were very good at it.

She wasn't paying attention to me as I walked up to her.

"Katrina, what a surprise!" I exclaimed, making her jump a little which made her stumble. I held my arms out in case she fell, but she managed to catch herself. I didn't see how close we got until I looked down at her, our faces only a few inches away from each other.

"Are you alright?" I asked.

It took her a second to reply before saying, "Umm, yeah. I'm great. Fine." She didn't step away and neither did I.

"You're a little clumsy, aren't you?" I chuckled.

"Me? You're the one who knocked me down yesterday and today you scared me so much I almost fell into the river. My clumsiness is because of you." She argued.

"Okay, okay I can't argue with that." I replied, smiling. I slowly let her go, but I didn't let her get very far. She looked away, finding the boys watching us from the bridge. They waved with obvious smirks on their faces and I ran my hand through my hair, embarrassed.

"Again, I'm sorry about them."

"No, it's fine. It's actually kinda funny." She waved back, laughing a little.

"Ask her out already!" Louis shouted.

I saw her eyes widen a little before turning back to me with her eyebrows raised.

"Ah, geez. Well you heard the lad. I was wondering if you'd like to go out with me tonight? Walk around a while, grab an ice cream cone if you'd like?" I fidgeted nervously as I asked her and waited for her answer. I could feel myself blush, but there was no way to hide it.

"That sounds nice." She nodded, blushing a bit herself.

"Wooo!" The boys shouted from he bridge giving each other high-fives.

"Oh god." I buried my face in my hand, mortified.

"Just make sure you don't bring them along." She joked.

"Trust me. I wouldn't think of it." I laughed.
