Ricky's POV

Raven was back on life support and Chris was currently sitting with her, probably talking to her. He did that a lot - I guess I would, too, if the love of my life was in there.

I think Chris should let go. Raven means a lot to me, but she's been in a coma for months. What if she doesn't wake up?

Chris has hope - possibly false hope. He's been here everyday, abandoning his work and life, just to be with Raven. I completely understand why, but would Raven want this? I imagine her scolding Chris, telling him that he comes before her and she would be fine.

The rest of the guys had arrived after the whole flatline ordeal. This was the second time Raven had flatlined since the beginning of this, and we were all worried.

"Do you think Chris should just ... let her go?" Balz asks.

We were all quiet for a moment. Angelo spoke up. "You guys didn't know what their relationship was like before she left. He's not gonna let her leave again; not this easily."

Ryan nodded in agreement. "I think she still has a good chance of waking up. We just have to wait a little longer."

I was quiet. I had mixed opinions. I think Raven might wake up, but I also think Chris should learn to detatch himself from her.

The guys continued talking about memories with Raven. I had quite a few with her, too.

"Ricky!" Raven said in surprise.

Ryan was on the floor, holding his groin. I'd shot him with a Nerf gun, right in the nuts. We had a rule on the bus that nobody could get mad about getting hit in the genitals because it was so funny to watch.

"That's payback!" I exclaim. "For hitting me in the dick with Angelo's drumstick!"

Raven giggled. "You guys are silly."

I smiled and continued thinking about her and our adventures. My recollections were cut short when Chris walked over to the guys and I. A huge smile was plastered on his face, and he looked like he was crying tears of joy.

"Raven squeezed my hand!"

We all sat around Raven, staring down at her, waiting for her to wake up. We all knew it wouldn't be long now.

Chris had been smiling for the past hour. He was ecstatic that Raven had been able to squeeze his hand.

We all heard the beeping from the heart moniter get a little faster, and Chris squeezed her hand harder. She flew up into a sitting position, grabbing at the tube down her throat.

TJ called for a doctor. Chris was crying tears of joy that she was now awake, trying to get her to calm down at the same time.

The doctor and nurses rushed inside to remove the breathing tube. She was handed a cup of water, which she gulped down quickly.

Chris wrapped his arms around her. He finally pulled back and said, "I've missed you, so much."

Raven blinked a couple of times and replied with, "who are you?"

Oh, damn. I would literally want to die if my significant other said that to me.
