Chris's POV

"CHRISTOPHER!" I hear a yell from upstairs.

I rush up into our bedroom and see Raven with a bag in her hands. "I'm about to have this baby."

My jaw dropped and we gathered our stuff. We rushed down to the car and started the drive to the hospital.

Raven's face had painful expression written all over it, but she wasn't screaming yet. I was gripping the steering wheel as tight as I could and driving about ten miles over the speed limit.

We make it to the hospital quickly and go inside. I inform the receptionist of Raven's information and a nurse is soon leading us into the maternity ward.

"Are we looking to do an epidural today?" She asks.

Raven nods vigorously. "Yes!"

"Okay, we'll get the stuff together and do that soon. How far along are contractions?"

Raven answered questions as I texted the guys and my parents. I heard Raven groaning and I set down my phone quickly.

"Uhh, wanna sqeeuze my hand?" I question, not exactly knowing what to do.

She nods and her hand shoots out to grab mine. This was gonna be a long day.

Raven's POV

Three hours. Three long hours of pain and suffering. I had gotten my epidural awhile ago, though, so it wasn't bad anymore.

Now, Kylie, Ryan-Ashley, and Leigh Ann were in the room with Chris and I. The doctor said that I was gonna have Abigail within the next hour.

Finally, the time came. I just knew that she was ready to see the world. The doctor guided me through it. The epidural really worked and it was practically painless.

I heard the sweet cries of my baby girl and tears fell down my face. They set her on my chest and I stroked her head. Chris was crying, too.

They took Abby to clean her off and give her a checkup. Chris hugged me and kissed my sweaty forehead.

"You did great," he says.

I let out a deep breath. "Thanks."

I was taken into surgery (I really don't want to explain why.) Luckily for me, the doctor said I should heal well, and if I take the right steps, I can lose all of the weight and possibly the stretch marks.

Surgery lasted about an hour and I was wheeled back into my room. Abigail had been with another doctor the whole time I was in surgery because they were doing all of her tests.

People soon come rushing into the room, congratulating Chris and I. They asked us about the names but we didn't want to tell them until they actually saw our baby.

A nurse brings Abigail back and Chris reluctantly reaches towards her. "My daughter," he whispers. He looks to me. "Our daughter."

He holds her for awhile longer with a smile on his face before his mom demands for her turn. Everyone's looking at her or taking turns holding her.

"Here's the birth certificate," a nurse tells me, handing me the papers.

"Her name is Abigail Salem Cerulli," I announce, writing it down.

Chris and I both sign and hand the nurse the clipboard. "I'll get a printed copy for you guys."

Soon enough, Abigail's back in my arms. She's already attempting to find my boob and I laugh.

Visiting hours end and everyone leaves except for Chris. He's allowed to stay in the room with me. A nurse takes Abby into the nursery since they wanted to moniter her for her first night.

"I'm exhausted," I groan.

Chris nods. "Me too."

A yawn escapes from my mouth and I snuggle into his side. "It's been a long day. Let's go to sleep."

Aww, this chapter made me happy. I love babies but I don't want one lmao.
