Chapter Seventeen

The Turtles and Casey were out patrolling the City while trying to figure out what Shredder was planning. "Raph you said that you and Casey found those high tech guns, right?" Leo asked as they stopped on the roofs "and few days ago The Foot stole some Mutation" Donnie added "yeh, y/n freaked out about it" Mikey said "and Casey you said you caught y/n takin' some kind of science equipment?" Casey nodded "before she joined you guys" Casey added "Shredder has created Foot Tech Ninjas before, what if he's plannin' to create some kind of Mutant Army?" Leo suggested, very serious. "A Mutant Army? Is that even possible?"Raph asked crossing his arms "people have been Mutated before, I mean Bishop caused most of them because of his 'Alien' invasion, but there must've been Mutation in that to change people" Donnie said thinking is it was possible "if Shredder needs that much Mutation, he's must be plannin' something"

Suddenly yelling could be heard from an alley-way "come on". They headed towards the noise and saw some Foot Ninjas injecting some kind of blue Ooze in another Foot Ninja, but he didn't turn into a Mutant. He fell to the ground holding his head as he yelled in pain. He was then injected again but with some purple Ooze, before he panted and stood up "okay, now that was weird" Casey said. "Look" one of the Foot Ninja pointed to the five. They jumped down and began to knock the Foot down. One dropped a vile of blue Ooze and Donnie instantly grabbed it. "Whoa!" he yelled dodging a hit, before sending a kick back. "Now that was fun" Raph said with a smirk. "C'mon let's get back, I feelin' Shredder is defiantly plannin' somethin'. And somethin' big" Leo said and they headed back to the lair.

They soon got back to lair and heard April and y/n laughing "April, you're meant to be the responsible one, not encouraging me. We've been datin' for only a day, you're plannin' of movin' a bit too fast here" y/n argued blushing, her cheeks were very red and were feeling hot. "Plus, Leo wouldn't like it, it's too bright. It's practically glow in the door, and that type of uh 'outfit' isn't sexy" y/n said as the two laughed. "Okay, okay, what about this one?" April asked showing a red and black 'outfit' "okay I agree that one is sexy, but would Leo like?" y/n asked.

Mean while, Leo was a blushing mess as his brothers and Casey were sniggering behind them. "Seems like y/n has got somein' planned for you Leo" Raph said as they continued to laugh. Leo cleared his throat and called the girls down. "Oh no" y/n mumbled as April chuckled. Y/n grabbed April and came down. Y/n made sure not to look at Leo as she was very embarrassed, she had a feeling he heard that conversation. "You guys are back early, something happen?" April asked "yeh, we found this" Donnie held up a vile he got. Y/n took it before anyone could "where did you get this?" she asked "the Foot had it, used on they're down guy" Mikey said. "They injected him with that, he screamed in pain and then injected him with some purple serum and he was fine again" Donnie added "poison" y/n whispered "poison? Why would Shredder want poison?" Raph asked crossing his arms "I'm not sure. Though I have an idea how Stockman created it. I got into Stockman's lab. I found all find of plans and ideas, one had everythin' he used on me, but there was another. Twenty‐three chemicals were selected for comparison of the carcinogenic potencies estimated from epidemiological data to those estimated from animal carcinogenesis bioassays. The chemicals were all those for which reasonably strong evidence of carcinogenicity could be found in humans or animals and for which suitable data could be obtained for quantifying carcinogenic potencies in both humans and animals." Y/n explained as she paced back and fore everyone, apart from April and Donnie, looked confused.

Then something clicked and the others noticed as y/n stopped pacing "son of a bitch" y/n mumbled. Y/n looked down shocked and annoyed she didn't realise it earlier. "I knew somethin' was off" y/n said "what?". She snapped her head up looking at them "he's been usin' my blood to create the serum. Because of my wings, I must've had some kind of animal DNA in my blood, Stockman figured this out. He must've realised this and used it to create this poison" Y/n said taking a breath. She basically said that all in one breath. "He crossed the epidemiological in humans and the Anticoagulants with the Mutation to stop turnin' people into Mutants and cause a poison that can kill humans, and reversed the reactions to make an antidote" Donnie said standing by y/n. "Doesn't anyone speak English?" Mikey groaned "basically, Stockman took y/n's blood and used a chemical from an animal poison, reserved the effect so it could kill it" Donnie said as Raph and Mikey now understood.

Y/n groaned pacing back and fore as she ran her hands through her hair "That's why Shredder needed the Mutation. At first I thought it was fore me because I was basically his lab rat. Stockman's test on the poison must've failed before and needed more Mutation. More and Foot Ninjas died because of it, and when he created the antidote everythin' went dandy" y/n very angry. "And when you escaped Shredder's plan didn't go to well" Donnie said. Y/n then stopped pacing "when you saw the dude, he didn't die did he?" she asked and he shook his head "that means Stockman hasn't completely finished, but I think if someone was injected with it now they would die in a an hour or so if they don't get the antidote in time". Leo looked at y/n and knew what she was planning "no, not a chance" Leo said immediately "Leo, we could finish him. He would die if we take the antidote anyway" y/n argued "I'm confused" Mikey said. With a sigh Leo began to explain. "You wants to use the poison against Shredder and take the antidote from Stockman so Shredder would die. But it's way to dangerous. We've fought Shredder before, but not with the chance of bein' poisoned!" Leo said sternly turning back to face y/n "but, if we stop him now, we could save the lives of innocent people and ourselves" y/n said trying to get her point through "No y/n! It's not gunna happen!" Leo yelled as he glared at y/n. "Fine!" y/n yelled back glaring back and started to rise up, turning her back to them "but don't come cryin' to me when innocent people are dead on the streets" y/n whispered and went to her room. Leo sighed as he watched y/n leave, before heading to his room on the other side of the lair. "Let's leave them be" April said and the Turtles went their separate ways. April and Casey decided to go too.
