I walked up to my room and layed on my bed and started doing some homework, I was so focus on my work that I didnt even notice when chris walked in . He was now fast asleep on his bed. I walked out the room and went to the kitchen to find something to eat. It have been two days and I havent eat anything I was starving. When I got there a tall handsome muscular man was sitting at the table with his phone and his hands. I didnt recognized him so I was a little scared at first but managed to go to the fridge. I opened the fridge and saw nothing good to eat. I closed the fridge and was about to go back to my room when the man at the table said "hello to you to". I froze and just stared at him while he said my name is derek im elizabeth son and you are he asked ,jalessa charles daughter , ohh he said nice to meet you, I nodded and said nice to meet you to and left the kitchen.

I started walking up th stairs to my room when I cought mellisa eyes staring at me the way she did at school I didnt say nothing because I know it wasnt even worth it.

I walked in my room and my phone was ringing I quickly ran to it and pick it up not even checking the caller ID hello I said, it was shay she started yelling saying I see how you dont talk to me no more but you can text adrian all day and night. Shay calm down I didnt forget about you girl , okay she said you better so whats going on down there she asked , a lot is going on I got in a fight the first day of school, elizabeth is threathning me, my brother and I have been fighting and this boy is going around the school telling evreyone were hooking up. She was quiet for a while and finally spoke up and said you better not be cheating on adrian girl because I know I tought you better then that and you need to chill down there okay and stephine have been all over adrian asking him out and all he keeps saying is no the only girl I want is jalessa brown because I love her.

I was shocked at her words not cause stephine was trying to get with him but because he rejected her and said he wants one girl and only her which was me a smile spread across my face and my heart started pounding with joy.

Jalessa hello are you still there I heard shay voice yelling to get my attention ,yes im here I finally said , did you here what I said she asked , no I answered, I said my mom is calling me I have to go take care love and miss you and she hung up before I can even replyed.

I finished doing my homework and when my phone vibrated it was a text form demetruis saying I miss you girl I smiled as type back "same here".

Demetruis was my best friend since pre school my mom and his was best friends and when I was in fifth grade he introduced me to adrian and thats when started hanging out. Demetruis and I had so much in common some people said we made a good couple but me and him saw each other as best friends nothimg more.

He text back saying his boys said whats up and I knew who he was talking about his three best friends tyson,jesse, and tay that he hanged around with 24/7 if it wasnt me it was them but now since I was here in orlando it was mostly them. Tell them i said hi I replyed ,he said okay and that he had to go and he love and miss me.

I layed back on my bed and to my surprise chris was still slepping I never saw him slept for so long. I thought something was wrong but when I heard a loud snore I knew he was just fine.

I thought about calling adrian but thought he was busy so I left him alone. I called my mom but it went to voicemail. Is this what I was going to do everyday I thought to myself ,locked in a room when I didnt even know one place here in orlando ,no I know something was going to change but I couldnt know what all I had to do was wait and see.
