“I don’t think the full moon is quite yet,” I said. “I think it’s a few days away.”

“Are you thirsty?” Zayn asked.

I nodded, and my eyes fell on his drink. “What are you drinking?”

“Just a cola, I don’t drink.” He shrugged. “Shouldn’t stop you, though. What do you want?” He reached a hand in the air, and the bartender came running.

Suddenly, I felt on the spot. I didn’t know anything about drinks at all. “Ehm…” I said, looking to Harry for help.

“How about the drink from the restaurant?” he suggested.

I nodded. “That would work.”

He pointed to his drink, asking for two of the same. I hid my smile; he was drinking the same too.

The bartender came back with a drink, and Steven raised his glass. “To a wonderful production, so far,” he said. “While everything hasn’t gone according to plan, I’m pleased with the result we have now.”

“Cheers,” we all said in unison and raised our drinks. I took a sip at the sweet drink, enjoying the taste once more.

David, our co-star, chose that moment to join us. I hadn’t spent much time with him, but I knew he had been shooting a creepy shot where he watched Harry and me in the water. He was a good actor, and he had Rafé’s slimy attitude down to a dime.

“What’s happening?” he asked and sat down next to Diana.

I took a sip of my drink, noticing how he looked at Diana with appreciation. I remembered him saying that he was envious that we got to work with her because he was a die-hard Diana-fan. It was kind of cute, really.

“Just toasting to a successful production so far,” Steven said.

“Ah, yes.” David nodded his head. “This one is definitely running smoother than some of my other movies.”

“Really?” Diana said. “Do tell…”

He shrugged. “It wasn’t anything grand. My last movie was delayed all the time because the lead actor refused to show. And every time he managed to show, he was so incredibly incompetent.” He leaned in closer, lowering his voice. “You didn’t hear from me, but there were rumors he only got the part because he was screwing the director.”

“Unbelievable,” Steven muttered. “I’d never allow anything like that on my set.”

“What’s your worst moment then, Steven?” Zayn asked.

“The worst?” He tapped his chin. “The worst time wasn’t even with an actor, but with a sound operator. We had to re-take the whole movie because he apparently forgot to plug in the microphone.” He shook his head. “Incompetence…”

“We had something like that too, right Harry?” Zayn asked.

“Yeah, in the mall that one time?” He nodded. Leaning back, he reached out and placed his arm on the back of my chair. My heartbeat increased, and I took another sip of the drink.

“What happened?” Steven asked.

“Well. It was before all of the craziness started. We were only playing around shopping centers in the UK. But the crew we had with us? Absolutely horrible.” Zayn laughed. “I’m not even kidding here. The crew couldn’t do anything without the sound operator ordering them around, and, unfortunately, he was busy chatting up some girl.”

“He did apologize, though.” Harry laughed.

“Yeah, but not until we’d basically outed him in front of the girl. We completely ruined his chances there.” Zayn laughed. “It did look funny when he tripped over the cords.”

Harry shrugged, chuckling lightly. “Still worth it, though.”

“That’s so mean,” I said, but I couldn’t help laugh either.

Harry’s hand was still behind me, and I swallowed a giggle when his thumb began to rub circles on my bare shoulder. It felt nice, but I was still completely awkward.

“Anyway,” David said. “What do you say we get this party started?”

“What do you mean?” I asked.

He winked. “You up for a little drinking game?”

“And, that’s my cue to leave,” Steven said. He pushed his chair back. “I’ll see you tomorrow, guys.” Turning to Julia, he offered her hand, and she took it.

“I’m going too,” she said. “Goodnight everyone.”

“Goodnight,” I said still pimping on my drink. My eyes followed them as they left the patio. “They are so adorable it almost hurts,” I said.

“They’re a good match,” Diana agreed. “I think she calms him down. Before, Steven could have quite the temper.”

I remembered when he found out about my identity, and somehow, I wanted to tell her that he still had one. However, I refused to think about my lies now.

“So…” David said. “Are you up for a drinking game?”

In all honesty, I was intrigued. I hadn’t exactly had any opportunity to play that kind of games before. Sure, I’d heard the tales from Jackie, but it hadn’t actually caught my attention back then.

Now, however, I kinda wanted to try it. “Okay,” I said.

Harry leaned closer to me, whispering, “Are you sure?”

“I’ve only had this one drink so far. I guess a simple game won’t matter.” Remembering my lies, I added, “No truth and dare, though. I have a bad history with those.”

“Okay, sure enough,” David said. “Anyone else in? Diana? Harry?” He looked around.

They both nodded while Zayn shook his head. “I don’t see much point in me participating when I don’t drink,” he said.

“I have an idea for you,” David said. Looking between us, he smiled a sinister smile. “What do you say to a game of ‘Facts’?”

“What’s that?” I asked.

“It’s very simple, we all write down at least ten facts about ourselves. Then we mix them together, and once we begin playing, Zayn reads them out loud.”

“What’s the game then?” I wasn’t following.

“The game is that we have to guess who the fact is about, if we can’t, then we drink. If we guess correctly, the one who wrote the fact drinks… Simple.”

I looked between them, unsure on what I’d gotten myself into. At last, I looked at Harry, who gave me an encouraging smile. I took another sip of my drink, as if I was drinking some courage.

“Okay,” I said and looked at David. “I’m in.”
