While the dots in my eyes changed their faith
Into monsters I only recognise by face,
And my breath ran ragged as I gasped for air,
Wishing to be okay "you'll get there, you'll get there"
Your face was ingrained into my medicated head,
Not even the strongest drugs could keep you dead.
Get away from me! I wish I could scream,
You did what you did, and there's no in-between.
No friendship to be had, no tears to be shed.
You ripped out my lungs, and my heart bled.
I fell to your knees and named you the queen,
Of countless kingdoms inside my being.
I gave you a chance and you tore me apart,
You ripped out my lungs, now you've ripped out my heart.-Everything hurts.

PoesíaThis is my second poem book. The first one started off with really bad poems but got gradually better, but by then people hated my poems and deleted the book from their library, lol. The first book is called shades of the mind.
