One thing about the first day of school I kinda like is that it's on a Friday.So if you screw up today you got two days to recover.Since it's Saturday and I never go anywhere because I have to watch Tiger. I even help my mom out at the hotel in the afternoons so she can get to her other job in time.

"So how was your first day of school?"

My mom smiled threw her Spanish accent,making up beds ,as I helped along.Some people say she looks like just Sofia Vergara.It's maybe because she sounds like her too but to me she's just my mom and I love her so much.

"School was cool..."

"Oh really?School was cool,I know something must have happened you've been in deep thought to yourself all day."

She smirked.

"Ok so maybe there were these new kids at school."

"Ooh really.Well here we have a new buyer who booked for an year."

When she means buyer she means someone's permanently staying for awhile.I've always wanted to live in a hotel like the little girl from that book Eloise.It must be awesome to even have the money to live here.She smiled as I tuned in on what she was saying.

"But yeah they seem really nice especially the boys mother."

I nodded wiping the mirrors. She vacuumed,folded a couple of clothes and cleaned the wine glasses.

"Ok I think we're done for the day."

I sighed but smiled when she came out of the bathroom.She changed into her normal white shirt,blue jeans,and high heels.She sighed hugging me tightly.

"One day we'll be living here."

She smiled.

"Buying our matching Chanel purses?"

I smiled as we giggled out the door.

"Yes a big fancy Chanel purse with a 24 Cart diamond ring."she joked.

I wish she didn't have to work two jobs or worry if me and Tyler are okay.She deserves this kind out lifestyle and I wish she'd see that.I'm just glad I get to help out and spend some time with her on the weekends.

"So after we pick Tiger up from Ms.Rosa,whats for lunch?"

She asked rolling the cart down to in front of......Princeton?!

I quickly rushed my mom to the side Shhing her.

"What are you doing?"

She whispered.

"I really don't want him to see......I.."

I couldn't put what I was trying to say in words but I was to late.

"Carmen?"

I turned around to Jacob who was with his mom.

"Heeey," I grinned.

"This is Jacob he's a new kid at school."

My mom shook his hand smiling.

"This is my mom Theresa ,but I didn't know you lived here."

"Um yeah we...." I coughed.

"We just moved in about a month ago." My mom smiled giving me relief.

"Oh really,we just moved from California last week."

His mom smiled.

"Oh wow your from California.." she said as they started a conversation.

"So....,"I said nervously. "you live here??"

He laughed seeing my expression.

"Um yeah we're in 143.My manger thought it was funny but which suite do you live in?"

"Um 145 down the hall." I lied shamelessly.Ugh why is he at the same hotel my mom works at!We need to go like now!

"Where's your son?"he asked with a smirk.

"He's at a place." I snapped.

"Okay so why were you pushing a maids cart-"

"Um I was returning it um...Look I gotta go!" I said pulled my mother along away from his mom as she yelled bye.They were really getting to know each other because they were speaking Spanish.Which she never does unless she really likes that person.

"We were really getting to know each other!"she complained in the workers elevator.

"I'm sorry he was on to me."I sighed rolling the cart out to where the others were.

"Well at least I'm not the one who said the senators suite!"

Oh yeah,ma sure did tell me his suite was 145!Ugh,I hate lying....most of the time that is.
