Riku sighed as him and Tenn were heading back home from another long day at school, nothing weird seemed to have happened again, but the only strange thing was the Nurse, Hina, seemed a bit more cheerful than usual, but in a bit of a unsettling way.

He didn't know why seeing her more cheerful like the way she was made him feel unsettled, but it seemed like Tenn also felt that way, but neither tried to ask why she was like that, since she was already pretty scary as is. So really that was all that was a bit strange at school, but he didn't see the strange figure yesterday, or the girl from earlier.

"Hey Tenn-nii?" Riku looked over at Tenn "Is it fine if I explore the town a bit before heading home?" he asked. Tenn seemed a bit reluctant to let Riku go explore on his own, since he had already gotten lost exploring the school, but agreed as long as he didn't go to far, and Riku nodded happily.

Before going to explore, Riku decided to let Tenn take Chou with him back home, since he didn't want Chou flying off somewhere and Riku would end up having to chase after her. He waved to Tenn as he walked towards home with Chou on his head, and started walking down another street.

There wasn't really anyone else walking around the streets Riku explored, which he found a bit weird, but didn't pay much attention to it, since people were probably still getting home from school or work. He still had an uneasy feeling, but he assumed it was probably because of how unsettling the Nurse had been earlier.

As Riku was turning a corner, he felt like something had hit him on the back of the head, causing him to fall. Before Riku blacked out, he remembered seeing a figure standing over him, seemingly smiling down at him, it looked kind of like the girl he had saw earlier.

Riku woke up in an unfamiliar place, but it didn't look like anywhere he knew of. Slowly getting up, he looked around, there wasn't much in the room he was in, there was a window, but when he tried to open it, it was locked.

He could at least look out of it, but he didn't know the area he was in. Walking away from the window, he tried to open the door, but it also appeared to be lock, much to his dismay, he was trapped. He didn't even know why someone would suddenly capture him, but here he was, stuck in a locked room with no escape.

Right as Riku had started to walk away from the door to see if there was anything to help him escape, the door opened. Turning quickly to the door to try and run by whoever opened it, he realized that the person who had opened it, was the girl from the Grocery Store earlier.

"Oh, so you woke up? Well, that was a bit quicker than I expected." the girl said, not concerned at all that Riku seemed ready to try and run by her. "Also, you could try and run, but you won't get very far anyways, since you don't know this area." she explained.

"Why did you knock me out and bring me here?" Riku asked hesitantly. "Hmm, let's just say, I wanted to just cause some panic for your brother and friends. I don't plan on killing you, or trying to use you for ransom, so you're fine, unless you do something stupid, that is." she explained.

Riku didn't understand why she had to go through basically kidnapping him, just to cause Tenn and his new friends sudden panic, but he doubt she'd tell him more, and if he tried to escape, it probably wouldn't end well.

"Who are you anyways..?" Riku asked quietly, not expecting her to hear him. "Well, seeing as you're not gonna be going anywhere for a while, I might as well tell you, not like I care anyways. My name is Veronica." Veronica replied, clearly hearing him.

Veronica still stood in front of the doorway, so there wasn't much room for Riku to run past her, unless of course, he ran into her and try to push past her, but he didn't know what was past the room, which could just lead to another locked door, and she'd catch him pretty easily. She didn't seem like she was very strong though, so he wondered how she had even gotten him there in the first place.

"Are you done thinking to yourself, or do you actually have a question?" Veronica asked, snapping Riku out of his thoughts. "Umm..Why do you wanna do this anyways?" he asked, not sure if she would even answer.

"Because I want too, it's just how I am. I mean, I could just kill you instead, but where's the fun in that?" she replied plainly. "But why?" Riku asked.

Veronica seemed to get a bit annoyed that Riku kept asking 'why?', which Riku didn't understand why she was. "Is all you got to ask is 'why' this, and 'why' that? I already told you why, because I want to cause panic." she said bluntly.

Riku seemed a bit surprised by the way she answered, he didn't think she'd get annoyed that quickly just because he asked 'why?' a few times.

"Did..that really annoy you?" he asked a bit quietly, not wanting to make her even more annoyed than she already seemed to be. "Yea, when you're only just gonna question why I'm doing this, it gets pretty annoying, really fast." she said, seeming to a bit calm now.

"But you don't have to do this though, you could help me find Tenn-nii before he gets worried!" Riku tried convincing Veronica, who didn't seem to get why he suddenly decided to say that. "You do know I captured you right..? What would be the point of that be if I just helped you escape instead?" she asked confused.

Riku continued to try and have Veronica to just let him go, so he can go find his brother before he got worried, but she didn't seem to budge, instead just become frustrated and explaining how that'd this all would've been pointless then if she did.

After going back and forth about the subject, Veronica just sighed and gave in, seeing as this was going nowhere. "Ok fine, whatever. I can't deal with people like you very well..so I might as well give in." she sighed.

"Then let's go! Can you show me the way to the Train Station?" he asked, looking at her. "Yea, it's not far from here, so just follow me." she replied, walking out of the room and into a house, towards the front door.

He quickly followed her to the door, while also looking around the house a little on the way, it was a lot bigger than their apartment, but he decided now wasn't the time to be thinking about that, he had to find Tenn before he got really worried.

So with that, him and Veronica left her house, and started walking to where the Train Station was. Riku hoped Tenn wasn't to worried about him, but he was at least glad he managed to convince Veronica to help him.
