Elijah
"Eli..." Nick gave me... The look as I told him about my day.
"She's quite, alluring don't you think? Have you ever said no to a face like that?" I said.
"No. But these are medical records."
"Of a guy who's pretty damn bad after what you've told me." I scoffed.
"Yes. So I suppose I can let it go. Considering during this case I've done some pretty inadmissible things." He shrugged as he sipped his drink.
"And anyway, she's has a boyfriend, remember?" He smirked.
"I'm fully aware. Flynn winters. Saw him myself today. But I was simply complementing her. Nothing more." I nodded.
"Come on Taylor, you like her." He said.
"I don't know her well enough to like her in that way. Plus... She has a guy. You know I'm not like that Nick." I smiled.
"And oceane knew you were simply complimenting her?"
"Yep. She didn't say the infamous line 'i have a boyfriend' so yeah. I would think I was smooth enough."
"Are we talking about the same girl? Oceane is very.... Thorough. If there was a possibility of exterior motive she would of sussed it out already." He relaxed in his chair.
"Hm... Maybe. But! As I said. No motive here. Just helping the girl out."
"The girl that's just your type." He raised a brow.
"I don't know price." I shrugged.
I don't. Only spoke to her for 10 minutes.
"Savvy? Street smart? Funny? And I think anyone that's ever come in contact with her knows she's pretty?"
Pretty?
That's an understatement!
I rolled my eyes, ignoring what he was implying.
"You should let me help from time to time. I could be a valuable source." I stated.
"And have you risk your position? You're so close to becoming a doctor Eli." He Sighed.
"So, vouch for me. Come on Nick..."
He raised a brow and said "alright. Sure. If you want. I'm warning you, it's a dangerous thing this. But if you can bring something to the plate.... fair enough."
Oceane
"So he helped you out of the kindness of his heart?" Flynn raised a brow.
"Yep. Knows Price, knows roughly our position." I shrugged as Matt done a background check.
"Clean. Elijah Taylor age 27." Matt nodded as he scrolled through his profile.
"He's a doctor?" Eric raised a brow.
"I know right?" I scoffed with a smile.
"Just another pretty boy face. Apparently parents in this town have good genes, yes?" Matt laughed slightly.
"Apparently you're not wrong there." Flynny shrugged.
"Okay, we've all agreed he's good looking, but come on. We've been able to link MDMA to Robert! That means the likely hood of Moreno being the seller is high!" I said.
