The Protection Program

We head to the program's rooms. Turns out it's the same one as the last time I was here. We walk in and I look at my friends who are in shock

Chloe: You guys okay?
Kelsey: Yeah, it's just.. you had to stay in here for 6 months?
Chloe: That's right.
Kelsey: Wow
Officer: Alright Chloe I'll send Ashlyn in to get the rest of your favorite foods for breakfast lunch and dinner.
Chloe: ok thank you
He leaves and everyone looks at me
Chloe: What?
Kaleigh: Favorite foods for breakfast lunch and dinner?
Chloe: Mhm. Ashlyn is my personal chef. She will bring us whatever we want when we're hungry and ask her to bring us something
Sam: Awesome
Chloe: Kind of. The foods great but you'll see the not so fun part soon

1 month passes and we're still in our protection room. I hear Kelsey calling me from the living room.

Kelsey: Chloe come control you man before he breaks through the wall
Sam has been struggling with coping with the change. I walk into the living room and wrap my arms around Sam and softly kiss him. We pulled away and he wouldn't let me go.
Chloe: *laughs* Sam you going to let me go?
Sam: Nope
Chloe: Ok can we at least sit down?
Sam: If as soon as we sit down we can go back to this
Chloe: Sure
We sit down on the couch and Sam wraps his arms around me. I lay my head on his shoulder and hug him back
Kelsey: Okay lovebirds that's enough
Sam: Don't start *he tightens his grip so I won't get up*
Kelsey: Fine. Kaleigh we're watching a movie because these two won't get off the couch!
Kaleigh: Of course they aren't
She walks in to the room and they sit down next to me. We watch a movie and I fall asleep in Sam's shoulder.
Kelsey: Aww
Kaleigh: Okay that's adorable
Sam: I know she is
They all laugh.
Sam: What time is it?
Kelsey: 10:00
Sam: Okay *he lays his head on top of Chloe's and goes to sleep*

The next morning:
I wake up to Sam sitting on his phone. I adjust a little so I'm sitting up straighter. I lay my head back on Sam's shoulder.
Sam: Morning babygirl
Chloe: Morning
Kaleigh: Who's hungry?!
All: Me!
We all laugh and call Ashlyn. She brings us some breakfast and we all eat and talk about random things. I get a text from Seth.

Seth🤟🏻:
Hey sis. Just wanted to say that I miss you and can't wait to see you this month.
Chloe😇:
Hey Seth. I can't wait until you and mom can come visit. I miss you so much
Seth🤟🏻:
I miss you too. I gotta go I to school. Graduation is soon. I love you 💕
Chloe😇:
Have fun I love you too

I continue eating and talking with everyone.

Sam: Chloe?
Chloe: Hmm?
Sam: What do we do about school? Do we have to repeat a year?
Chloe: Nope and as long as we're here we don't do school except the occasional private teacher that comes in here twice a week
Sam: That's crazy
Chloe: Yep plus we have a lot less work
Kelsey: We really do. And I'm living for it
Kaleigh: Same. I'm so glad we don't have to worry about homework anymore
Chloe: Yeah. I can't believe that we're almost done with the school year though.
Sam: Yeah it's already May. This is crazy
Chloe: That it is. I really miss dance though
Sam: We know. We always show us your routines from the past though. They're really fun to watch
Chloe: Thanks Sam
Sam: You're welcome
Kelsey: You guys wanna watch a movie?
All: Yes!
We go to the couch to watch a movie beside me is Kelsey and Sam and Kaleigh is sitting beside Kelsey. Sam wraps his arms around me and pulls me closer to him. I give him a quick kiss and lay my head on his shoulder and watch the movie.
