Virgil's parents arrived not long after and glared at Roman. "What are doing here." They spat, roman got out of his chair. "If it wasn't for me your son would still be in that alleyway in danger. If you gave a slightest shit about your son you'd realise he needs you to be decent parents for once and not hit him for something that's not his fault."
"What did you just say?" His mother said.
"I said you don't give a shit about your son. Don't pretend you do. I know you hit him." Roman was taken aback by his own confidence. He sat back down by Virgil and held his hand. His parents left, storming out of the building. "I screwed up didn't I?" Roman said to Patton and he nodded sitting the other side of Virgil.

Logan sat at his desk buried in papers and homework. He couldn't concentrate on it for once. He was too worried about Virgil. He never had a long conversation with him. Logan tolerated him so he was worried about his health and safety. He returned to his algebra but the letters and numbers danced across the page. Giving up he stood up and turned off his lamp. He walked downstairs at sighed as Remy was passed out on the floor. He helped him up and put him on the sofa. His phone buzzed in his pocket and he took it out. Patton was ringing him. He answered it. "Hey Patton, are you ok it's nearly 2 am."
No reply for a minute.
"Remus and Deceit are after me... I don't know what to do. Roman... I can't get ahold of him..." a slight pause. "I think...fuck." Another pause of heavy breathing. A small scream came later. "Patton? Patton? Patton are you ok?" Another pause. "Y-yeah, they saw me, I'm fine now... I think. I think I see you house, can I come over?"
"Yes obviously."
A couple of minutes later there was a frantic knock on the door. Logan opened it and Patton flew into his arms. "Hey it's ok- I'm here." Patton Hughes him tighter and Logan hugged back. Remy stirred in the living room and Logan guided Patton upstairs to his room. They both sat on his bed. "What happened?" Logan asked hugging Patton tightly. "I was leaving the hospital a-and they were there... they yelled at me... the ran at me and I ran-" Patton replied through sobs. Logan kissed the top of his head quickly which made Patton smile and blush. Hugging Patton close to his chest Logan laid down with Patton on top of him hugging his waist. Pattons' sobs slowly went and left Logan's shirt wet from the tears. Patton looked up at Logan who was staring at the ceiling. "Lo?" He said sitting up. Logan sat up and looked at Patton. "You ok now?" He asked. Patton nodded. "Lo- can I ask you something? A hypothetical question."
"Yeah sure."
"What would you do if you really liked something but your not sure if they like you back."
"You know I'm not good with emotions but I do observe people closely. Who do you like?"
"W-What I never said I liked anyone-" he started but he met Logan's eyes and blushed. "You" He said quietly making Logan blush. "I like you too Pat." He whispered in Pattons ear. Patton smiled and laid down by Logan hugging his waist. Logan turned so he could see Patton and brushed hair from his face. Patton blushes more and buries his face in the pillow. Logan let out a small laugh. Patton hugs him tighter and looked at him. Logan gave him a quick kiss and hugged back. The two fell asleep in each other's arms.
