Shut out the world so you dont have to hear
Close your eyes tight and cover them with your hands
Too much action , its all so crammed

Tape your mouth shut as tight as you can
You say that you can when you know that you cant
Tie your hands behind your back,
knot it if you must
When you touch things they always break and next time they might combust

You can shut yourself off from the world and keep yourself mostly safe
But yet there is one thing that you will never be able to change
You can tie your hands, cover your ears, tape your mouth, and shut your eyes
But nothing can keep you safe from the thoughts inside your mind
