------A half hour before Sinbad's return to Sindria.
"Bararaq Sei!" Ja'far yelled as he wrapped his coils around yet another dungeon creature. He heard the groan come from the monster before it dropped to the ground, dead.
"Everyone, please hurry to take shelter into the supplies warehouse that is ahead!" Daldar shouted as he held his wife and child close. He lead the way as a mass amount of Sindrian workers followed him to the warehouse. Vittel and Mahad came running up behind Ja'far.
"Mr. Ja'far! We instructed the citizens this neighborhood to evacuate. The vines Miss. Lucy made were enough to evacuate almost every town here! They got into the boats and are heading to the training company base in Balbadd! What do we do now?" Vittel asked.
"... In that case, We must stop these things right here." Ja'far said as he readied his kunai once more.
"They keep coming one after another! There's no end to them!" Vittel shouted as he quickly took down another monster.
"Yeah, but... We can't give up now. We must do what we can until Sin comes back. That is... The Duty of the Eight Generals of the Kingdom of Sindria!" Ja'far yelled out. Vittel and Mahad both nodded as he stood behind Ja'far, taking their battle stances. Together, the trio managed to defeat the monsters within minutes. As soon as they finished, they took off in the direction that the remaining citizens took off in.
"Will the citizens be alright?" Vittel asked as he kept his pace behind Ja'far.
"Daldar and the others should be leading them well. They are seniors from the days of the Sindria Trading Company so, they are the most familiarized with this country after us." Ja'far said.
'That's right. We'll all do it together. This country and its citizens. We'll definitely protect them.' Ja'far thought to himself as they got to the entrance to the warehouse. Though... the sight made them stop in pure terror.
The hundreds of citizens, men, women, and even children... were all dead. Their blood splattered along the walls of the warehouse and the cause... What none other than the leader of the Sham Lash, Shaka. He stood in the center of the warehouse, holding the head of, Dardal. He turned around as he eyed Ja'far, Vittel and Mahad.
"... Oh? So, there were still survivors?" He asked as he dropped Dardal's head to the ground.
"Good grief. The people of this country are a bother. Even though they are what I would call mere nobodies, they came out to be quite persistent." Shaka sighed as he kicked the head towards the trio.
"... Well, I suppose it's natural. You are a bunch of traitors and yet, you seriously were under the wrong impression that you could build a country. And I must say, those stupid citizens were even more mistaken." Shaka said as he narrowed his eyes at his ex apprentices. Ja'far, Vittel, and Mahad all took their stances, rage dripped off everyone of them. Ja'far's eyes widened in fury.
"YOU BASTARD!" Ja'far yelled out to Shaka as he began the battle by attacking Shaka with his household vessel. Shaka dogged it easily, muttering how foolish that attack was. Ja'far called out to Vittel and Mahad. Vittel used his elongated arms to grab onto Shaka and hold him in place as Mahad readied his powerful arm. Vittel shouted out to Shaka, saying how they will stop him. Vittel pulled Shaka down at an incredibly fast pace towards Mahad, who in return unleashed a powerful blow to Shaka, that sent him flying through the air. Vittel called out to Ja'far, who thanked them.
Ja'far readied his household vessel, he unleashed the red coils and they wrapped around Shaka.
"BARARAQ SEI!" Ja'far yelled out as lighting poured from the coils and the kunais, electrocuting Shaka. But, once he unleashed the coils from around the leader of the Sham Lash, Shaka simply landed on the ground gracefully.
"Fine. If you are willing to go so far to defy me, I shall end you and leave no trace behind." Shaka said as he widened his eyes in anger.
"'Leave no trace', huh? I should be the one who says that to you. Shaka. You deserve no mercy. Not over my dead body." Ja'far spoke, his words dripping with venom. He clinked his kunai against his hands.
"Let's go! Vittel, Mahad!" Ja'far yelled out to the duo behind him. Vittel shouted in agreement, while Mahad grunted in response. The trio ran in unison towards Shaka. They tag teamed with the attacks. The trio even managed to get a few powerful hits in on Shaka.
"With magoi manipulation, no matter how strong your opponent might be, you can overthrow him." Vittel said, quoting his ex master. Ja'far, Mahad, and Vittel all used magoi manipulation because of how they were trained in their skills of assassination.
'That's right, a single attack can be lethal to him. In a battle between magoi manipulation users, the group with the largest number has the overwhelming advantage. That's why... he has no chance of winning!' Ja'far thought as his kunai's glowed yellow. Mahad and Vittel's arms glowed yellow as their magoi pumped through it. The three all surrounded Shaka, who's eyes were bleeding from overuse of magoi. He narrowly dodged their attack by leaping up through the air.
"That's right indeed... Magoi Manipulation is one of the most outstanding techniques on this planet. Therefore, I have continued training for many years. Thus I diverted it into the art of assassination, and taught it. Are you seriously going as far as thinking that I could be defeated by magoi manipulation by my own disciples?" Shaka said as he crossed his arms over his chest in an X form.
"What?!" Ja'far asked as he felt the magoi building up within the leader of the Sham Lash.
"I will show you, the fruits of my training. My Ultimate Form!" Shaka yelled out. Ja'far and his fellow comrades had to cover their faces from the wind whipping around the warehouse. They watched as his skin began to melt off, his robes releasing themselves from around him. His body became slender as a thin layer of muscle over his bone.
"Nonsense...! I don't know what he did, but that forms look like... it only has bone and no skin at all! There's no way he can fight in that form!" Vittel yelled out as he looked over the form. The trio watched in horror as magoi pulsed in masses around Shaka. They saw a small but wicked grin come across his face as he bounced over to them at an inhuman pace.
"Mahad!" Ja'far yelled out to the man. He nodded as he grew his arm once more. It glowed yellow as he readied himself to attack Shaka. He leaped up to meet Shaka, though within seconds, Mahad's arm was on the ground. Ja'far and Vittel watched in horror as Shaka sliced through Mahad's body, ending his life. Ja'far yelled out for his comrade as he fell to the ground. Vittel cursed as he and Ja'far ran after Shaka. Ja'far sent his household vessel at Shaka, but it didn't even touch the man. Shaka floated off the ground and crossed his legs as he floated in the air.
"My body in this form cuts living energy and increases magoi to its utmost limits. With this body, I can take hold of this colossal energy that cannot be handled by an ordinary person. In other words... This body is the "Blood Stream" of magoi manipulation itself. Everything it touches will be blown away with this power. Such thing as your magoi manipulation technique, won't be effective against me in this form. Now then, just as I declared before... I shall end you and leave no trace behind."
