The Valley of Death

They were escorted by a woman into the throne room.

"Your Majesty the Queen. We are the Sindria Trading Company and we are extremely honored that you have granted us an audience with you." Sinbad spoke as they all got on their knees, doing the hand symbol of the company.

"I am Sinbad, the head of the company. I am a trader in Reim that also travels the world. I'd like to also establish a trade route with Artemyra..." He finished. They all seemed to share the same thought. No reaction.

"Your Majesty... Have we done something inappropriate? If we did something offend you-" Ja'far said but was cut off by the femine cackling from behind them.

"You're the first visitors we've had in a while. So I just had to try to play a little prank on the lot of you." The woman who escorted us said as she put on her crown and walked to the throne. The boys raised their heads and stared in shock. Lucy kept her head bowed down.

"This is just an ordinary doll." She said as she threw it across the room.

"I am the Queen of Artemyra. Queen Mira Dianus Artemina." The queen sat on her throne.

"Your group is here... and almost all men. Say young lady, are Miss Rurumu? The letter said that she is the Firm's Advisor." The Queen questioned Lucy. SHe stood up in response.

"No, your Majesty. I am Lucy Heartfilia. I am just traveling with my friends here. Miss Rurumu couldn't make it since she is currently pregnant." She gestured back to her companions.

"We, the Sindria Trading Company, wish to establish a trade route with Artemyra." Lucy finished while giving a genuine smile to her.

"Young lady, you and I will speak. Send men out. I do not wish to speak with men." She finished looking at the blonde's group.

"Go home. I'll send her back on a bird." The rest of Lucy's group stood up in order to retaliate but the queen cut them off.

"Men are lazy and lack sincerity, and don't think about profit. The only reason for their existence is so we can have descendants. If you understand then go. Since I have compassion I'll send you back to your boat on a bird. I'll take great care of this beauty right here." The queen said as she waved servants over to Lucy. They gently grabbed each one of her arms.

"Please your Majesty..." Ja'far pleaded.

"Please rethink..." Mystras finished.

"That is the kind of place my country is. I do not care about knowing other countries." The queen said as she gazed down at the boys.

"Please wait, Your Majesty." Sinbad spoke up. He slowly walked over to the queen, ignoring the rest of the groups silent protests.

"Your majesty. I will not betray you." Sinbad said as he grabbed each of her hands in his own.

"No matter how the other men is this world are, I tend to dedicate my efforts and my working spirit for the sake of this country and for you, Your Majesty. I would never violate that by being insincere." Sinabd stopped and gave her his smoulder. Ja'far stared in shock, knowing what Sin was trying to do.

"Please trust me, Your Majesty. I am not like other men." He finished. The queen grabbed his arm and held a sword to his throat.

"You don't understand. I am the one who decides if you are different from other men. Not you." The Queen glared in disgust.

"You've been able to seduce other women in this world, haven't you? This country has the opposite effect." The queen waved her hand and the guards held spears at the rest of the groups.

"I admire your boldness Sinbad. I told you didn't I? The one who decides is me. Everything happens according to my will..." The guards began to drag everyone out.

"This is the Chasm that we call the 'Valley of the Dead'. We have no space to accommodate excess people, so it is a custom to throw criminals down here." The queen explained as the group's eyes widened. Sinbad gripped his fist.

"No one who has been thrown down here has ever made it out. It is a good thing that they starve and rot down there." She smirked.

"No way...I don't want to die like this..." Mystras whined. The guards there Hinahoho to the ground and put spears at his neck, ensuring that he won't move.

The Queen found out that Sinbad was a fellow metal vessel user and ended up stripping everyone of everything, besides Hinahoho and Lucy.

The boys stood, cupping their privates. A girl walked over to Mystras. She whispered in his ear and finally pushed him off, Ja'far and Sinbad following.

"NOOO!!!" Lucy screamed as she ran over to the cliff, ready to throw herself off, but the female guards held her crying figure back. The queen stood with a satisfied smirk and turned to Hinahoho.

"You'll suffer a fate worse than death." She poke with malice as she had girls finish tying him up and drug him off to somewhere.

"And you will come with me." The queen began to walk, the guards drug a struggling Lucy with them.
