They watched as Ja'far punched Sinbad.

"This isn't a fucking joke Sinbad!" Ja'far yelled furiously.

"I guess I really disappointed you this time." Sinbad commented from the ground. Ja'far gritted his teeth and began to punch the teen with all his strength. Everyone watched with surprise as Ja'far didn't stop.

Soon he huffed, out of breath. He sat on Sinbad's stomach.

"What a fucking joke..." Ja'far panted out.

"Disappointed me? Yeah, you disappointed me. You'll take responsibility for everything? You're not taking responsibility for anything are you?!? You're letting yourself sink into despair, giving up, and on top of that, having the nerve to act like it's all over... Listen up! It's your Naivety that disappointed me the most! What you did is the same as what Maader and Parthevia did? And because of that you're calling yourself a corrupt person!? This isn't a fucking joke!! In order to pay our debt, we used the same tactics as that hag to fuck with the Maridel Company! We risked the company you were desperately trying to protect, used King Rashid, and got out hands dirty pulling off the worst sort of scam that we barely escaped getting us mixed up with the law!!" Ja'far paused to take a breath.

"You and I committed the same offense. Our hands are already dirty. Did you think that you could realize your dream while keeping you hands completely clean.... DID YOU REALLY THINK YOU COULD!?! Think back. The dream that you shared with me... Was that dream really meaningless that you'd give up on it just because you had to get your hands dirty? Build it. Use those dirtied hands to build a country. Build your world. There is no time to waste complaining. I've already decided to do whatever it takes to make this ridiculous dream of yours a reality. Sin, get up. Because next time you whine and give up... I won't hold back. I'll kill you." Ja'far finished with a sigh. Sinbad wiped his tears and got onto his knees.

"I'm sorry, Ja'far." He said as he stood up.

"Good. Following you sure if troublesome." Ja'far huffed with a smile.

Lucy smiled at the two and took Masrur's hand.

"Umm.. Sinbad?" Lucy asked while she stood next to Masrur with the rest of the children behind them.

"Ja'far... Can't we bring these children back with us? Although it was my goal to cause the rebellion, I did really want to free these children from slavery. At least I could do for my atonement is help the remaining survivors." Sinbad said while lightly touching Masrur' shoulder.

"Of course. 'I'll take responsibility for it'. That's what you said, isn't it?" Ja'far smiled and they all walked to the ship, glad to get away from the nightmare.

Sinbad and Lucy were tackled into hugs as soon as they walked in. Lucy, being on the worse side winced from the soreness. Ja'far rushed to her rescue, scolding Vittel who hugged her. He quickly moved onto Sinbad, who didn't have as many injuries besides the bruise around his neck and wrists.

"Welcome home Sinbad and Lucy!" Everyone shouted.

Lucy was alone in her room. Everyone forced the two to eat, which she was grateful for but she didn't even get to sit down.

She took off the make-shift dress and turned around to look in the mirror. Scars littered her pale skin. Tears welled up in her eyes. When this first happened, she was not expecting do go through all of that with him. She understood why he did what he did. Her back ached. She accidentally reopened some of the lashes earlier, so she ran away to her room.

There was a knock at the door. Lucy gathered her the sheets and hid her front.

"Come in." She said and the door opened to reveal Serenedine. She came in and closed the door behind her.

"I heard you retired for the night. How are you feeling?" She asked while putting a box down on the desk.

"Actually not that great. I can't stop reopening the wounds on my back." Lucy said, turning to show the princess. The latter gasped and quickly grabbed the box again.

"Ja'far said you were hurt... but he didn't say how bad it was. Let me help you Lucy." Serene said. She pulled a needle and thread out.

"I've never had stitches before..." Lucy sighed.

"Lay down on your stomach. I'll be careful." Serendine said. Lucy complied wrapping the blanket around her waist and laying on her stomach on the bed. The princess threaded the needle and put it up to the first lash. Lucy yelled in pain.

"I know it hurts but please try to be quiet..." Serendine pleaded as she heard rushed footsteps in the halls. Lucy bit her lip and nodded. Her cries were muffled by the pillow as the needle continued on it's course. The door was thrown open by Sinbad who rushed into the room.

"What is going on? Why did she scream?" He asked worriedly.

"Her wounds reopened you idiot. Leave your only distracting me." The princess growled as more people arrived from the commotion. Rurumu even came into the large room.

"Please... I don't want everyone seeing me like this." Lucy looked up from the pillow. Her face earned gasps from the group.

"They really did that to you guys in there..?" Mystras asked quietly. Sinbad nodded and rubbed his neck.

"More so to her than me... They used her to keep me in check..." Sinbad explained vaguely. Everyone understood though as they left the room. Only Sinbad and Rurumu stayed with Lucy as the princess continued on sewing her up.

Cries were heard throughout the building that night. It had everyone in tears for their bubbly blonde.
