--1 year later--

Jason's POV

'Where are we going?' I asked, my eyes covered by a thin sheet of fabric

'Patience darling' Percy replied quietly

I rolled my eyes but stayed quiet until I felt the blindfold gently lifted off my eyes.

'Follow me' Percy whispered as he started climbing the ladder to the roof.

I smiled and climbed after him, gasping at the view.

Rose petals and candles were scattered around a picnic blanket.

A radio was playing a soft melody.

He's remade that night

I smiled, thinking of all the effort he must have put into this.

'Jason' Percy began 'We've been together for what, 5 years?'

I nodded, biting my lip in aphrehension.

'And, I love you, so so much'

I nodded, feeling tears well up in my eyes, praying what I thought was going to happen would happen.

And then it did.

I smiled as I watched him slowly get down on one knee. He stood tall now- no longer the scared boy I met all those years ago he was someone new, someone else. He was not afraid anymore and I knew he would do great things, be someone great and I was more than glad to take his hand and become part of that journey with him.

'Jason, will you do me the honour of becoming my husband?'

I nodded rapidly, kneeling down and pulling him into a tight hug.

'Yes! Yes, of course I will!'

'I hadn't finished the speech Superman' Percy grumbled

'Oh I'm sorry, you normally finish it with asking'

'I fancy being unconventional'

I rolled my eyes, standing up.

'A'ight, go on then seaweed brain'

'OK..'

I inhaled as he began.

'Jase...  I've loved you since the first moment I met you we're made for each other- you're the good to my evil, the light to my dark. You're my superman- my saving grace'

Percy took my hands, smiling at me as we stood under the darkened sky.

Millions of stars twinkled above us, galaxies shining in the darkness high above us. The celestial body gleaming like the Palace of the gods.

I felt the tears in my eyes trace down my cheeks as he continued.

'Jason, will you marry me?'

I smiled

'Will you save me?'

Thank you for reading my (slightly) haphazard, not perfectly spelt/ structured and (kinda) crap fanfic xD. I'm writing a sequel because, come ON, I cannot leave it at that can I? No garuntees but I'm aiming for a trilogy... But depending on plot ideas n shit I may just end it at book 2...
