Chapter 15

Day- 12

Sarah

We stayed out practically all night. We stayed in that small restaurant until they couldn't keep us anymore. Then we just walked around California going to the beach and trying not to cause that much trouble. 

I woke up early and ashton wasnt in bed with me, I thought maybe they were doing another livestream or something so i just slept a little longer. 

I woke up about fifteen minutes later and looked over at kylies bed and calum was still in bed with her so they weren't downstairs doing a livestream. 

I wasn't sure if I should be worried or scared so I just went downstairs to watch some television and waited for some other people to wake up.

Calum and Kylie came downstairs an hour later.

"Do you know where ashton is?" I asked Calum.

He shook his head no as he poured a glass of milk. Kylie came and wrapped part of the blanket I was using on her legs. 

"He was gone when I woke up and I haven't seen him" I said. Calum just shrugged his shoulders, wow he was a big help.

Ashton

I drove to the closest store to see if i could find some flowers to buy sarah. 

I was going to suprise her with a hotel room all decorated and romantic to show how much I love her. I strolled over to the flower section of the store and searched for the right flowers. 

I picked up some red roses and just looked around the rest of the store to see if I could find anything else she would like. 

I spent 20 minutes on deciding which chocolates i should get her or if i should even get them at all. I settled on this small box with 6 chocolates in it to keep it simple. 

I was standing in line minding my own business when someone taps my shoulder, I turn around and its this little old lady.

"you look nervous" she says to me with her shaky old voice.

"yeah, i am" i said letting out a nervouse chuckle.

"those look like theyre for your girlfriend" she said pointing to the stuff i was holding in my hand.

"oh yeah, shes really special so i thought i'd do something special for her" i smiled at the thought of her and looked down at what i was holding in my hands.

She just smiled at me and told me good luck. I'm not sure what that was all about I just shook it off and took as a gesture of kindness from an old women in a grocery store.

I walked out of the store with my bag in my hand and walked to my car. I stepped in started the car and blasted the music like i normally do.

I pulled up to an intersection and I was the first in line and was stopped at a red light. The light flickered green and I pushed on the gas. I looked to my left side and there was a car coming right at me.

This wave of fear came over me as the car smashed into mine and my life flashed before my eyes.

Sarah

"you're not going to make it" I laughed at calum who believed he was going to be able to jump from one couch to another.

"youre going fail and hurt yourself and all im going to do is laugh" I said watching him prepare himself.

"you really are heartless" He said to me.

"At least im not stupid" I said back and he furrowed his eyebrows at me.

"I think being heartless is worse then being called stupid" He said

"Not in my book" I said to him.

He walked in place on the couch cushion and prepared himself for jumping. Finally he jumped he had a good start but he touched his foot to the floor which made his stomach hit the couch and him ball up in pain.

I sat there and laughed at him as he groaned and held his stomach.

"what did i tell you?' I said through my laughing.

"Shut up" he groaned at me.

"I'm going to call ashton, he's been gone for too long" I said as I walked over to the counter where my phone was charging.

I dialed ashtons number and it rang and rang, but no one answered. I figured I'd wait a couple minutes and then call back.

"hey sarah" reina called from the other room.

"yeah?" i said back.

"Come look at this" she said. I walked into the room with the tv and looked what was on the screen it read. 

'car crash on vine st'  "Do they know who was invovled in the crash" I asked nervously biting my nail.  Reina shook her head no.

"they did say that the guy who got t-boned is in intensive care" brooke said.

I kept watching to see if there was any information on who was involved in the car crash.

My phone rang and I ran over too it hoping that it was ashton calling and he was all right.

It was just my mom, "Hello?" I answered. She just wanted to make sure that everything was okay and i was okay because of the crash.

I hung up the phone with her and ran back into the room to watch some more.

"they just identified who the two guys were" Reina said leaning towards the tv. I bit my nails even harder as the reporter announced. "The two victims in the car crash have been identified and their names are John kovek and Ashton Irwin"

and my heart stopped.

I looked at reina and brooke and they both had the same look on their face. I got up and walking into the room where Calum was.

"What happened!?" he said walking over to me. I became dizzy and felt like i was going to fall over.

Reina ran out of the room in a panic and explained what happened to calum.

"we've got to get the the hospital" Calum said.

We all got into two cars and I laid down in the back seat of my car as Calum drove.

We drove and a million thoughts went through my head. I cant loose ashton, he's my everything. With every thought my heart broke a little more I curled up into a ball and just stared at the back of the passenger seat. Ashton better be okay.

a/n: omg that was intense i even got nervouse writing it, sorry it was short i just wanted to leave a cliff hanger. yeah ill update soon because i dont want to keep you guys waiting. I hope you enjoy it I love you xx and this is unedited so sorry for any mistakes.
