Deceit left the box on my desk as he made his way out of my room. I walked over to my desk and shakily picked it up, as it was almost too painful to hold it. I quickly made my way over to my closet, but instead of placing it in the back of my top shelf, I put in the back of the floor.

I'm not sure why I felt like putting it there, but I just had a feeling deep in my gut (not the screaming) that told me to put it down on the floor. I carefully shut the door as I heard an oh so familiar voice and knock at my door.

"Good morning Princey! Breakfast is ready!"

I flinched at that nickname once again like I always do, but he didn't mean any harm by it. He never did, because he doesn't know the truth. I headed over to the door and walked out to see a beaming Patton right in front of me.

His positivity is so contagious, I couldn't help but smile back. That, and I also had to keep up my confident and happy act, otherwise the others would think something is up.

"Good morning Padre! Isn't is such a beautiful day?"

"Why I guess it is Roman, oh hey! I see you're already dressed!"

I looked down to my changed outfit, but I guess it didn't look out of the ordinary because the other sides and I all wear the same thing every day. Usually I'm never dressed this early in the morning, only Logan is.

I raised an eyebrow. When did I change back into my normal outfit? I was just in my pjs a few seconds ago. Maybe I'm starting to forget things?

I shrugged it off not to raise suspicion.

"Mhm! I guess I'm just ready for the day."

Patton smiled even brighter and I wondered if his face hurts from smiling so much. I know that some of his smiles are fake just like mine, but he doesn't know that I know. Nothing could ever be wrong with the "lovable" prince right? I wonder if Patton or the others can tell about my smiles, or if they just don't care.

We stood there in awkward silence for a moment and Patton's smile fell a little bit. Something is off and we can both sense it. I don't know if we're sensing something wrong with me, or something wrong with him. It could possibly be both now that I'm thinking about it.

"Let's head off to breakfast Roman."

I gave him a small side smile in return, I can't manage to look him in the eyes for some reason.

"Yeah okay Patton. Let's go."

We started walking down the stairs with Patton leading the way. Once I got off the bottom stair, everything started to go blurry and it was as if the room was spinning. I grabbed onto the guard rail of the stairs for dear life as I was trying not to fall and to make a bigger fool of myself. I can barely make out a scared looking Patton turning around and reaching out to me, a puzzled and concerned Logan and frantic Virgil getting up from their chairs as I completely fell to the floor. I only heard one thing before I blacked out.

"Roman!"

I woke up in my room, except everything was off. Details about my room was changed. I questioned if the room I was standing in was mine, but it was without a doubt my own room. Only, there is definitely something wrong here.

It was heavily darkened, as if it was night. How long was I out? Wait, my room isn't the pure white that it normally is, it's a dark red. I stood up from my bed, which has a completely different bedding on it, and looked around the familiar yet unfamiliar room. The borders of my walls and my door were now black, and not it's usual brown. My mirror was now in a circular shape and not it's rectangular shape, and then there wasn't anything on my desk, except for one thing that I couldn't quite make out, so I got closer.
