Jessie walked into school with a skip in her step the very next morning. She didn't know how but she ended up at home but she could've sworn she was with Rosie and Ash. Simply, she shook it off like it was some dream and happily ran to her group of friends.

"Jessie!" Nick exclaimed when he saw her. He pulled her in for a hug when she reached the group. "How are you?"

She laughed at Nick clutching onto him tight before they pulled apart. "I'm fine, why?" she asked, bewildered as to why they looked so damn concerned.

"Because ever since you got that stupid boyfriend, you've been AWOL," Almog spluttered.

They all turned to frown or glare at her.

"What?" she said, feeling attacked. "Somebody had to say it!"

"What she was trying to say," Aliyah interjected curtly, "is that you've been a bit out of it since you got a boyfriend."

"What are ya'll talking about?" Jessie looked amongst her friends completely clueless. "I don't have a boyfriend unless I'm missing something?" She turned to Nick first but he seemed just as lost as the rest of them.

"What are you talking about?" Nick retorted. "You're boyfriend, Zach has been-"

"No," Justin interrupted pulling his hand up. "We're being delirious. You don't have a boyfriend. I mean, you'd know right?"

"But, honey-" Aliyah was stopped by Justin's harsh, widened eyes. "You're right. We are being stupid. I mean, how could you not know you have a boyfriend?"

They all nervously started laughing.

Jessie stared at them before bursting out laughing. "Ya'll are insane!" she commented continuing to laugh. "Now who has first period with me?"

"I do." Almog raised her hand and linked arms with Jessie. "Let's go!"

"See ya guys!" Jessie waved goodbye and they walked away. Almog turned around to mouth 'what the hell?' to the gang before completely disappearing.

"What was that about?" Nick asked, directing his question to Justin. "How can she not remember her own shithead of a boyfriend?"

"You said it yourself," Justin said, "he's a shithead. Maybe they broke up and this is her mechanism of coping."

"Good one, babe," Aliyah said kissing his cheek.

"I'm lost." Nick threw up his hand sighing deeply.

Aliyah laughed and pat Nick on the shoulder. "If this is her way of getting over the break up then so be it," she told him. "We should just help and forget that Zach ever existed!"

Nick slowly started smiling. "That's brilliant," he said. "Text Almog and Rosie to not mention that douche ever again."

"Got it," Aliyah said flashing him a wide grin.

From a distance, Ash watched as the group parted ways quite stuped what to do. It's not like he could erase all their memories. He only just about caught up to Jessie this morning to make her forget about her traumatic experience with Zach. Ash merely hoped the rest would play along.

He turned away waiting for Rosie to arrive. Yesterday had been a long day but Ash was glad Rosie finally knew everything. He loved her so much more now. It was like he could hear her even when she wasn't around and Ash loved that.

"Ash."

He whipped around so fast he almost used his inhumane speed. But he couldn't see her. Rosie was nowhere insight.
