Chapter 15

Ruby POV

I was in peri's room getting some food from her mini fridge she made a door in the wall for me to go to her room anytime i wanted to but apart from the food and her drones i just hang there with her on our free time i was laying on the floor bored "hey dot? How are you and lapis doing?" I asked "mn...good i guess just usual bratty princess...what about you?" She asked working on a drone on her desk "meh same old boring days i noticed that the princess doesn't use her future vision while I'm around and when i talk asked her cousins she goes quiet" i said casually Peridot sigh and kept on working "of course she would aren't you informed? Sapphire hates her cousin padparascha unlike prince Steven she imposes her power and gets what she wants with one simple request sapphire has been trying for years to get her to stop but she wouldn't listen padparascha is a spoiled brat" peridot explained "oh...so i make her upset by asking thanks for telling me" i said why didn't she tell me? Am i that dumb? I shook of the thoughts and went to my room to see princess sapphire crying i ran to her and checked if she was hurt "what's wrong princess sapphire?" I asked concerned "she's...dead.." She said still crying "who is dead?" I asked "NO! WHY! i must tell father before anything bad happens" sapphire said leaving my room what is she talking about? Oh maybe she had a future vision i followed her and she went to her father's studio "sapphire what happened? Did your guard hurt you?" The king said glaring at me is it just me or father and daughter are hating on me and by daughter i mean lapis lazuli? "Pink....your sister... She died" sapphire said there was a long silence and the king was really sad "is there someone to blame?" The king said in anger "no it was her health...father please don't take your anger out on doctors they tried their best" Sapphire said still crying the king nodded and sat back down on his study chair "you and your sisters will be going to the crystal kingdom today and will stay there till the funeral is done or till you and your sisters have done your condolence till then you will stay with your cousin Steven.....i will change your following schedule for this week..i will try to be there with your mother" sapphire nodded and left i followed her and before i could close the door the king said "keep her safe i don't know what i would do if any of my daughters died..." I nodded and closed the door and followed sapphire "sapp- princess sapphire? Do you want me to help you pack?" I said "no my maids already packed my clothes and yours too they noticed you only have male clothes... Why didn't you tell me? I could have bought you new clothes" she said not looking at me "well i like those better" i said "ok" she said and with that it went quiet this quietness is annoying me...please talk princess we kept walking and it was still quiet we went to the royal carriages seeing: Peridot, yellow pearl, blue pearl and lapis lazuli "so sapphire do you know why father made us go to the crystal kingdom?" Blue pearl said sapphire only nodded and entered the carriage followed by blue pearl "i swear if you did something to her i will make sure you will get decapitated in public" lapis said entering the carriage and closing the door behind her "dude what did you do?" Yellow pearl said "nothing I'm not even the cause of all this commotion something bad happened and i can't really say it" he nodded and went to the other carriage "I'm sorry about lapis she has a grudge against you and it's still about the royal sauna incident" Peridot said i face palmed "oh so she is really onto me great anyway we should just start moving don't really want to give your princess another reason to hate me" i said Peridot nodded and we entered the carriage the ride was quiet mostly because i had to think about Sapphire's weird behavior what's wrong with her?...
