DAY 3/7

"mama! mama wake up! we only have one day before you go back to school tomorrow! get uuuuuuuppppp-" hope shouted in my ear, and i had to restrain myself from smacking him off the bed. "exactly, hope," i said, my voice sounding tired, "that's why i gotta sleep more. cause i gotta wake up earlier tomorrow morning. now go play with daddy." he released a 'hmph' before saying, "i can't! daddy's out with pretty lady today."

my eyes shot open as i get up and sit on my bed, next to hobi, and look at him dead in the eyes. "hope, who did he go out with?" he looked a little (very) terrified at the way i stared at him, so i relaxed a bit and asked again. "hobi, who's the pretty girl daddy went out with? did she tell you her name?" he seemed a little less scared now, regaining his cheerful mood. "yup! her name is alany? or was it-"

"delany." i replied for him. "yeah! delany! do you know her, mama?" oh i know her alright. what's mattia doing with that whore? "yeah i know who she is, love. do you know where they went?" he took me by the hand and dragged me to the hall, next to mattia's parents room. he whispered, "they're in here mama. but we can't be too loud because daddy said that they had to talk in private." talk in private, huh.

"okay don't worry, i'll be quiet, hope."

"YO MATTIA! BREAKFAST IS FUCKIN READY!" kairi busted through the door, causing delany to squeak. "OH HEY DELANY WHAT'RE YOU DOING HERE!" kairi shouts, shooting us his fake sarcastic smile. "i-i wanted to speak with mattia." she answered, a little intimidated by kairi, and surprised he was here. she didn't know we would be loving together for the week. "WELL, DELANY, YA CAN'T TALK TO MATTIA." she scoffs, and shoots back (with a lot of attitude) "i can talk to whoever i want, kairi."

"you can't try and talk to your ex's, who you cheated on, best friend, delany." kairi says back, a little calmer this time. "kai, that was one time! i was drunk, and i literally thought it was you! you guys looked the same!" he laughs and says, "delany, he was blond, had curly hair and was like three times taller than me. we looked alike how exactly?" she says nothing for a few seconds, looking at the floor, and whispers after a while, "baby, please forgive me." she says with her puppy doe eyes and bottom lip sticking out. at the sight, he seemed like he was gonna gag. "oh shut up, delany. you're gonna make me barf. now get out before i drag your ugly ass out."

i just sat there, still processing everything that just happened. HAHAHAH- THAT WAS THE FUNNIEST SHI-

right as delany leaves, mattia turns super red, like he was trying to hold his laughter. but i still heard a few sounds coming out of his mouth. i scoff, hitting him on the head. what's so funny? okay yeah, i admit it might've been a little funny for him, just sitting on the bed and watching me shout at delany. i would've laughed if i was him, too. "mattia! why didn't you tell me delany came over!" he stood up, sticking his phone in my face. "bitch, i tried!" he showed me a bunch of texts he sent me, but i didn't check any cause i was too surprised about the delany coming to mattia's house situation.

well shit. i open my phone and realize mattia texted me on messages, too.

/kairi's phone/

"woah you really did try to warn me." he rolled his eyes, "well no shit kairi." we both head down to the kitchen, and mattia asks, "i thought you made breakfast?" i chuckle and reply with "that was a fucking lie." he laughs and we both get breakfast ready, while hope was watching peppa pig. always hated that pig. gave me fucking nightmares. "hope! breakfast's ready!" mattia shouts as he finished setting the pancakes on the table, and we all sit at the dining table.

"so mattia, what did delany tell you?" i ask, the question in my head for a while now. "she wanted me to convince you to forgive her, because i'm your best friend, ya know." i scoff and go back to eating my breakfast, murmuring to myself 'bitch thought.' hope was eating, when he suddenly asked, "daddy, who was the pretty lady?" he faked a gag and said, "hope, she wasn't pretty. at least not as pretty as your mama." he winks at me and i giggle. "true! mama's the pweetiest." i pinch hobi's cheeks and shoot a 'thank you hope' before going back to eating the fucked up pancakes.

"ew mattia what did you even put in this?" i ask, forcing myself to eat another plate since i was very hungry. "yeah daddy, these are gross." hope says while pushing his plate away. mattia crosses his arms and pouts, getting up, but me and hobi engulfed him in a hug, saying "but i'll still eat it!"
