I never would have guessed Kaz to be so sweet. He blew my mind away with his carefulness of words and maturity. Even though his appearance begged to differ, It screamed a self indulgent jerk who cared only for himself. We had traveled to the movies to see, Percy Jackson's Sea of Monsters. I mean who didn't love Percy? His stories were so creative and very much enjoyable for any age. After the movie we went to McDonalds, the restaurant was close to my aunt's home and the only empty place. I got a platter and orange  juice, while Kaz got a coffee and a muffin. Kaz paid for the meal which was something i didn't see quite often at home. Not a lot of guys up and paid, they usually had excuses. So it was  quite nice to see him pay.

 We were heading to my house  when he started talking. "What college are you going to?" He asked, breaking the silence that was present.

"One local, you know close to home. Just I don't know which one." I say while looking out the window.

"You?" I ask wondering if college was even on his mind.

"Undecided." He replied driving past the the parked cars. The rest of the way to my aunts house we talked nonstop about college, life, money, jobs and family. I even felt comfortable talking about guys, when he asked if i was seeing someone. We finally reached the house and he walked around the car to open my door. I got out and closed it behind me.

We walked towards the door and he stopped for a minute. "What?" I asked.

"Nothing just wanted to savor the moment." He smirked. I laughed, something i was doing a lot over this trip. It was nice just to relax and enjoy myself without my siblings messing up the opportunities to have fun.

"Vivian." He said with seriousness. "Would you like to go out with me?"
