It was a stressful few months of adjusting to the harsh conditions of Korean Army Academy and the strict orders of Senior Female Cadet, Kang Yu-Jeong, who expected perfection in everything we attempted.
I had started to miss Seungri since he was doing his solo debut, I was asked to come for a talking heads where one of the producers handed me a letter written by Seungri and as I continued to read it, I cried harder.
"Dear beana,
It's panda oppa here, how are you? I've been thinking about you a lot lately, has it been hard? Don't push yourself too hard, stay healthy Hana-ah and come back quickly so we can hang out again. Let's have fun working hard!
Sincerely, Panda Oppa"
"Aigoo, Seungri oppa! I really miss you too!" I say, clutching the letter in my hand as I weakly wipe away the stray tears and imagine him hugging him tightly that brings warmth to my body for the first time since I joined.
He even attached a small selca to the letter

Grabbing a piece of paper during the free time and situated myself on my bed, starting my letter back to him
"Dear Panda Oppa,
I've been struggling a lot these past few months and have thought about you as well. How are your solo promotions going, are you taking care of yourself? Let's both work hard and stay healthy so we can eagerly meet up again.
Sincerely, Beana
PS: YAH! Oppa, you still owe me Korean BBQ!"

Sending off, I hope he is doing well as I walk back to the barracks with Lisa who also sent a letter back to Jisoo, "We both miss our members, huh?" Lisa nods, laughing as we chat with each other about our experience.
GRADUATION
It's been a grueling 2 months and a bit with a lot of challenges pushed in my way as I struggled a lot with the gas chamber, being the first one to evacuate so I could splash water onto my face while suppressing my urges to cry.
But, today we were graduating and last night, I did a special concert for everyone with other idols who participated on the show the same time as us and everyone was enjoying our special show especially the men who were serving.
"KIM HANA, I LOVE YOU!!" "HANA!! MARRY ME!!" "YOU ARE SO PRETTY, KIM HANA! THAT'S ILLEGAL TO BE THAT PRETTY!!!" "I'M SUING YOU FOR ATTACKING ME, HANA!!"
Dressed in my graduation uniform, I look at the selca Lisa took and smiled, we were totally going to remain best friends even after this show finishes as Jae-Hwa walks into the barracks, dressed smartly.
"Unnie! You cleaned up well!" I comment, she smiles before we wait for everyone and head outside for our ceremony and the tears were starting come to all of us as Matthew Douma asks me if I'm okay.
He was someone that Lisa really bonded well with as he took great care of her which I loved when I couldn't, "No, I'm going to miss you all." I admit as he laughs slightly before taking my hand.
"Don't worry, Hana, we'll reunite one day!" I nodded, wiping the stray tears and running up to the group as we line up before entering the grounds of the ceremony and I heard the screams of fans making me smile widely.

I had tears in my eyes as the producers suggested for us to do a V-Live as I sit beside Lisa, hugging her tightly as Hongseok starts the live with fans flooding in.
"Annyeong, I am BIGBANG's maknae, Kim Hana!" I greet everyone.
AFTER V-LIVE
"You promise to stay in touch, Hongseok?" I stare at him and he nods, handing me his number that I save into my contacts as we hug each other tightly before I join Lisa inside the car since both of us were heading back to YG Entertainment.
Sighing in relief, it was all over now and I grip Lisa's hand, "You did so well, dongsaeng!" she smiles and thanks me for looking out for her with Matthew who I consider as one of my most trusted friend.
"It was all Matthew, Lisa-ah." I comment.
We spend the car ride bonding together before reaching the building, BLACKPINK immediately bombard Lisa with hugs as I take my leave, walking inside and heading up to my studio where Seungri awaited me.
Popping some confetti, he presents me with a selection of Korean BBQ making me cry, "I missed you so much, oppa!" I launch myself into his arms as he starts soothing me and tells me to dig in as I refuse to leave his lap.
"I struggled so much. There were times where I thought of withdrawing but I wanted to make everyone proud." I confess, leaning against his shoulder and watch him nod along, "Hana-ah, you've made Panda oppa so proud!"
That night, I slept over at Seungri's house... not realizing that would be the last time I'd ever see of him for a while.
