Kira had short messy black hair, going to her shoulder blades, her bangs slightly covering her sharp, intense, seductive neon blue eyes and has a scar on her left eye from being whipped by a Celestial Dragon at the age of four. Her skin is a brown color almost tan.

Post timeskip, Kira has grown taller and her hair now reaches past her shoulders almost touching her mid back. She maintains a slender figure and has larger more round breasts.

As a child, she once wore her hair in two long ponytails but after being ridiculed for her long hair, she cut her hair in the same length as Ace however, her hair was much fuller and slightly longer reaching her shoulders. Her main attire consisted of a red midriff, black shorts and black knee length boots.

Kira is a cruel, intimidating, reckless, and merciless pirate with a thirst for blood, violence and revenge. Due to the life she suffered growing up, Kira became an anti-social person whom often keeps to herself and is usually the silent one who is very observant of her surroundings. Kira also developed severe trust issues making it hard to make friends or try to make alliances with other pirates (but has slowly opened up a bit). 

Despite having a look on her face that she is non-empathetic, Kira is caring and loyal when it comes to her crew and her serious yet persevering personality always wins over people. She can be extremely flirtatious when trying to persuade men to do her bidding when she doesn't want to do anything they want her to do. As captain, she is highly intelligent and is very serious on her part. Her crew members always look up to her for many of their problems and always turn to her to figure out situations.
