***Alex's POV***

I quietly boarded the plane, secluded from the other three since everyone hated me for what I did to Sky. I hated myself too.

I quickly settled my suitcases and then walked over to the bathrooms, just to splash my face with water.

As I was doing so, there was a knock on the door.

"I'll be right out." I called out.

But there was a knock again.

"Alex, it's me." Sky's sweet voice said.

Sky? Did she want to talk things through? Had she forgiven me?

I was surprised but didn't hesitate to open the door.

But it wasn't her.

Instead, Lisa slithered through the entrance and locked the door behind her.

"I assume I do a great impersonation of Skylar's voice?" Lisa mocked.

"What are you doing here?" I asked coldly.

She smiled. "I had to make sure my prize got home safely."

I glared at her.

"You don't want me anywhere near her, right?" I corrected.

She laughed. "Wow. I guess you aren't so stupid." she said.

"I'm in the first class section, but my little spy is around here somewhere. If you try anything with the expectations of getting her back, Sky won't make it to Baltimore." she explained.

I felt my blood boil as I stared at her.

"Are we clear?" she asked.

I nodded and pushed her out of the way so that I could leave.

I silently walked to my seat and as I did so, I watched as Sky took her own seat and immediately turned to face the window.

At first, I thought I had the wrong seat but I didn't. This was my seat, right next to hers.

I walked up to my seat and stood in front of it, glancing all around to maybe try and find Lisa's spy. If they saw us sitting together... Sky was in danger.

"You might want to sit down so we can take off." Sky's voice snapped at me.

I looked over at her with a confused face and nodded, taking a seat.

I felt nervous, uneasy, maybe even frightened as I continued to glance all around looking for the spy.

Lisa! This was all her fault! How did she even manage to get the same flight as us!?

I was too busy in thought to notice that I was speaking out loud and Sky was glaring at me.

I sighed as I knew what I had to do.

"Skylar... you need to change seats with someone." I whispered, not making eye contact.

She huffed. "No."

I knew she didn't even want to sit by me! She was doing it to piss me off, not knowing that she was in danger.

"You don't understand. Just go." I whispered again.

"If I bother you so much, then you fucking leave!" She shouted.

People that were close by, turned to stare at us but Sky didn't care. She was enraged and furiously staring at me while I still wouldn't make eye contact.

"I-- I'm doing this for your safe--"

"Is there a problem here?" a flight attendant cut me off.

"No." She said.
