"Stay here all night, and find the answer yourself. I have work to do." I shrugged off, as I took the beard and moustache, along with the special glue stick I had brought to paste it firmly, so that I won't be embarrassed in the middle of my act.
"You mean, pasting this beard and grabbing people." There was a scorn carving it's way towards his face, relishing on the worst situation I was stuck in.
"Yep, you guessed it right. For a guy with a stupid face you sure seems to have common sense, and good luck with your stupid crucial business meeting with that fraud." I huffed, after spitting the words out, annoyed by him, as he was still throwing that accusation glare at me.
"And for a girl in men's clothes, it seems that even stupidity betrayed and flee away from you."
"Just leave me alone, and I am done!"
I strolled away, taking few steps, trying my best to blend in with the pedestrians who didn't seem to acknowledge our existence, though some gazed, making us aliens, or more probably some dogs barking over.
"Stop. You earlier told you traced him, which I already tried to do but failed. Can you find him again, and this time for me?" He yelled, though rooting to his position, with a crystal clear desire to trace that fake Magoa, or whoever.
"No." I turned around, boring my eyes into his, and retorted.
"I will pay." He told.
"No." I repeated, loudly and clearly, hoping to break his ear drums, so that my sound directly reach towards him.
"I think I haven't made myself clear! That," He put his hands into the side pockets of his jeans, and leisurely let his gaze wander around, as he strolled towards me, "either you take my deal, or good luck in dealing the police who might arrest you for changing your identity and attacking a person, and if I guess, you don't want to disclose your identity as you hid under this, you are up to something illegal for sure, some big thing for which you can't risk your identity."
"The hell! You can't do that, can you?" A tremble shook my core, knitting my stomach, while my inside churned at the huge trouble I made myself fall. I was baffled, and the last thing I want is police knocking at my front door, a shiver wrapped around my spine hurling it's wrath throughout my body, indicating the arrival of my doom.
"You will gradually know what all I can do to you, first for ruining my meeting, and then refusing to help me." A smirk tugged at the corner of his lips though he wiped it off quickly, with his cocky, arrogant face.
"Wait...Just wait a minute." As my thoughts became hazy, I managed to stutter out few words, as something strike my mind.
"So finally you decided to say yes?" A smirk was etched on the corner of his lips.
"No." My voice was hoarse, making it sound like a shriek, the outrage caused due to this wretched son of a baboon.
"What?"
"N-O, No. God, should I blast your ear to hear my answer?"
"The thing is I won't ever take a 'No' as an answer, while offering a deal." He uttered stubbornly.
"Oh really, will it be the same if I ask you should I 'not' kill you! And also don't take it, rather shove it down your throat, till you choke." I retorted, digging my heels down, rooting to make him back out. But to my surprise, he took one more step, closing the distance, laying the webs of threat, obviously by his eyes, which was as raged as the lava, narrowing down my chances of escape.
"Wait till tomorrow morning, I will make sure that you may pay a visit to jail."
"Nah, you can't do that." I smirked, plastering a victory curve on my lips, though his gaze seemed as hot as Antarctica, which reeked off the arrogance to accept his deal, but I won't, as he is still an anonymous stranger to me.
"You definitely seem overconfident with your oh-so-stupid attitude, for which I don't give a crap, and this calm side of mine will advise you wouldn't wanna know what all I am capable of doing this to you for all of the drama unveiled here only because," he said narrowing his eyes, forming a threatening glare of accusations at me, sparkling with a desire to rip out my throat, "of you."
"Really?! Coz last time I checked, any sane person would have a business meeting at his office, or any private place, unlike you who stand right in middle of a public place, and if it's secretive you will definitely look for a safe desolate place but still it's easy for the police to catch you, if they see you doing it in some abandoned building, and if it included anything illegal, which means, it has a secretive thing but you can't afford to be caught by police, so you did the most intelligent thing, that is hiding your meeting under plain sight, and even if police pass by you, they wouldn't even notice as you are at public place."
My lungs felt a sudden urge to collapse due to the aggressive preach which I just delivered, leaving a trail of unknown emotions dangle in his crystal like face, pricking his coldly raging eyes caging the crimson red glare, and letting them bleed in their wrath of fury.
"Well, well, you do have some brain left in you." He told, restraining the threatening tone.
"And if you don't want to see your head containing your imaginary brain splattered over here after I break your skull, you better back offff."
His words suddenly fell into deep slumber of silence, or more likely an abyss, where a cold storm brewed, getting ready to wreck havoc. He studied me, although his face evoked a terrifying feeling in me.
"One more thing, you have given me enough threats like, you can do anything to me, then why can't you find this fraud, which might be a small job for you, moreover you are insisting me to do this, which means you are in need of it." Crossing my hands across my chest, I drilled my words right through his cold head, which looked like it has been just taken out of the freezer. "And do I look like some stupid girl to you that, when some stranger come to me, order me, I would just do it. Nah, kid, you messed with the wrong one." To add some dramatic effect, I flicked my hair strands, which were fluttering as the breeze whipped it.
"And you don't know whom you are messing with! Let's see that, shall we?" His gaze smouldered, unleashing the coldness of an unknown danger lurking over me.
"And I shall leave. You leisurely sit here, and watch for all you want, after ordering the coffee you drank before coming here, it was off extra cream, right? Yep, I guess so." Though my gaze flickered for a second, I fixed my glance at him, as I muttered, and paddled away, passing a smirk at him, who was fuming in anger.
After adjusting my beard and moustache, I held the hem of my jacket firmly, clenching my mind to stay calm, and brave, to stride the stormy waves of glimpses hitting from him, which shoved tremors down my body.
Suddenly his phone yelled a rather unpleasant tone, reeking of the stinking taste he have in music. He fished out the phone from his pocket.
"Hello, I lost him. But I am going to follow someone who might find Magoa. Don't wait for me." He cut the call, and dwelled into darkness by large steps, as if he had decided something!
