I got up after sitting on the curb and walked home. it would take me at least half an hour to get there but i wanted to be by myself. after a couple minutes of walking alone, i felt a presence behind me. i started to speed up a little (into too much so that the person would notice). i could hear them getting closer and i just went in to a full blown sprint. "hey! I'm not gonna hurt you!" i heard the voice say from a distance. "why should i believe that?" i asked the stranger. "because i want to help you" he asked taking a step closer "that's a nice joke" i said with a slight giggle "look i know you don't know me and i don't know you. i followed you from Sam's place. I'm his neighbor Kian." he was two meters in from of me and I'm kinda scared but not at the same time. "wanna talk?" he asked me. "there is nothing to talk about. you heard everything from the party." "i know but at least let me take you home?" "fine". we started to walk back to his house when i walked a little behind him so that people wouldn't suspect that it was me and luckily that didn't. we got into his car and headed to my apartment. it was all silent and awkward. the only words we spoke was me directing him to where i lived and we eventually got there. "hey can i get you number before you leave?" "i dont have a phone" i said kinda embarrassed "that's ok have you got any social media i can contact you on?" "yeah i have insta if you want that?" "sure". we exchanged socials and i headed on my way "thankyou kian" "any time Leah". and with that he left and i was alone. i got into my apartment and collapsed on the floor with my back on the door. "im such a failure Heartley. what do i do?" he came and sat in my lap and just rested there. i knew i needed comfort and from him. "should i just leave" he looked at me with a confused look. "should WE leave?" he looked at me somewhat happy "LA?" i asked him and he jumped up and ran to our room heading to my suitcase. "LA it is bubba"

im thinking about ending this soon and then doing another story leading on from this years later. idk let me know what you think on that idea. <3
