Logan and Patton sat in the living room, both asleep. They had fallen asleep on the couch the night before after they had left Virgil's room.

Patton was sleeping beside Logan, his head resting on his shoulder. Logan slept upright, his head slightly tilting and resting on top of Patton's.

Logan woke up groggily, wiping his eyes and removing his glasses to clean them. He rubbed them on his shirt, then put them back on and adjusted them.

What he saw next nearly made him have a heart attack.

Patton was still nuzzled up next to him, breathing softly and leaning on his shoulder. Logan's face went bright red; he had no idea what he was feeling at the moment.

Patton slowly woke up. He rubbed his eyes and looked up at Logan. His bright blue eyes were half shut and sleepy, looking at him like a tired dog would.

"Morning, Lo," Patton said as he stretched. "Mmm. Must've dozed off together last night, huh?" he asked with a smile. Logan couldn't speak. All he could do was stutter.

"I...um...I-I suppose s-so..." Logan forced out, coughing to break the awkward silence. Patton smiled, but his expression changed when he saw Logan's red face.

"Logan? Are you...blushing?!" Patton asked, a sunny smile cracking across his face. Logan only blushed harder.

"N-no..."

"Aaawww, Logie! I made you blush!" Patton said, covering his mouth with his hands. Logan could practically feel steam rising off of his face, he was going so red.

"Oh...sorry, Logan. I-I didn't mean to upset you..." Patton said, clearly reading his emotions. Logan shook his head and took a deep breath, his blush slowly starting to fade.

"It's alright, Patton. No need to apologize." Logan straightened his tie and looked at the floor. Patton smiled fondly and reached his arms out to Logan.

"Hug?"

Logan's usually sharp features softened. He reached his arms out as well, albeit looking away from Patton.

"Hug..."

Patton gently hugged Logan, rubbing his back like a comforting friend. Logan felt all the stress and tension that he usually felt drift away as he melted into Patton's warm embrace. What felt like a hundred years of pent up struggles was gone in the blink of an eye when Patton hugged him.

That's just what Patton hugs can do to you.

"Virgil! Roman! Get down here, we have a few guests!"

Virgil and Roman came down the stairs, both still looking very tired. These new "guests" were the group's neighbors. They lived in the apartment next to theirs.

The moment Virgil saw the tallest of the neighbors, he gasped.

It was the man dressed in yellow from his nightmare.

"You," Virgil said, his voice shaking with emotion. The man raised an eyebrow.

"'Me' what? I haven't even met you yet, and you already hate me. Give me some time, will you?" the man said. he sounded like just as much of a pompous asshole as he looked.

Roman immediately went into defense mode. "Excuse me, just who do you think you're messing with?"

The man faked an offended look. "Why, my boy, I'm just a neighbor. Dropping in to introduce myself. And my roommates, of course," he said, gesturing to the other three men behind him.

"What do you want, Dante?" Virgil asked bitterly. The man, Dante, looked about ready to kill a man. He breathed deeply through his nose, the scaled half of his face shining in the dim light of the entry foyer.

"I told you not to call me that, Virgil."

Roman's eyes widened. "You know this person? But he just said he's never met you!"

"He lied," Virgil said, glaring daggers at Dante. "It's all he ever does."

"And how do you know this person?"

Virgil inhaled deeply.

"He's my brother."
