I stared at Sage from across the table wondering how to approach her about everything that had happened to me lately. She didn't notice looking down to her menu and looking at the food she perhaps wanted to get. We got a booth in the very front of the diner. It was similar to the diner in the movie 'Grease'. I thought it had character and the nice 50's theme. I invited Grayson and Ethan to come one day, but at the mention it being 50's theme, Ethan declined not wanting to think of Aspen.

Grayson declined because he had to take the Branco to an auto-shop today. All the old pictures of the owner and his kids, one or two celebrities that came through the diner and ate here. Wasn't much given Avalon was such an unknown place like any other place. I glanced back at Sage seeing she was still looking at her menu and groaned placing my own down.

" So when were you going to tell me you help Landon in his shed?"

Her eyes darted up to meet my own," What?"

" Awe, I love it when you blush of embarrassment." I teased scrunching my nose and smiling at her.

She placed her own menu completely down red in the face," How did you even know?"

" Prepare for your mind to be blow, but my Dad and Rebecca are dating."

" What?" She gasped while I nodded my head.

" Yeah, they told Landon and I at dinner on Sunday and while with Landon, he showed me the charger and slipped up."

" Wait, Billy and Rebecca are dating?" Sage asked still not processing it.

I honestly couldn't blame her still processing it myself.

" For a year."

" For a year!" She shouted thinking about it again." I'm going to kick my Dad's ass for not telling me. How come you didn't tell me sooner?"

I playfully rolled my eyes," Well, since school was cancelled this entire week because of the accident, I haven't really seen you."

" Right." She said except this time, she looked away sadly.

" Are you okay?"

Biting her lip, she hesitated for a second before giving in.

" Vi, I think something is wrong with me. The night after Austin's death, I had a dream and it was him around fog and he was screaming He's going to kill me. Then it stopped, ever since then, the things I dream come true."

I frowned," Like what?"

" Me getting a flat tire when doing groceries, it snowing lightly on Wednesday, and today the waitress is suppose to spill blueberry sauce on her left shoulder after the child behind us drops its binky."

I opened my mouth to speak, but nothing came out when the waitress right behind Sage had screamed loudly falling face first into the floor spilling blueberry sauce on the ground and all over her left shoulders. Quickly, two young parents went to aid her apologizing for their son dropping his pacifier when she was passing by. I was stunned turning back to see Sage's wide eyes.

" I can't even come up with an excuse."

" So, I am weird." Sage panicked.

I shook my head grabbing her hand from over the table," Not weird, just different."

" Do you mind if I cut breakfast short?" She asked quickly getting up and placing her jacket on." I need to visit my grandmother."

" I'll tag along." I said getting up with her.
