Chapter 14. Day 1

Kaminari pov

Three days seemed to pass by slowly as soon as I was forced to leave his side.

Is this normal or am I being weird again..

"It's only been an hour" I sigh to the bakusquad.

"oh my god" Akasuki sighs

"You are insane, Kami" Mina chirps with a laugh.

"But I miss himm" I say being dramatic.

"That's why you have us Kami. That's why were all having a sleep over, remember?" Akasuki says with a laugh.

"Yeahhh I know but-"

"But you miss him, we know" Kirishima says protesting my statement.

"Ouch" I say feeling somewhat defeated

"Ah sorry Kami, my head wasn't really here.." Kirishima says, looking down

"pfft don't worry about it man, it's fine you only hurt my pride a little" I say with a laugh

"you don't even have pride dunce face" Bakugou says from across the room

"Aww don't be like that kacchan" I say teasing him

"Shut up dunce face" Bakugou says causing me to laugh

"See I knew we could cheer him up a little" Mina says shaking Sero's shoulders a bit

"Yay go team" Akasuki says smiling

"Don't count your chickens before they hatch" Sero says with a laugh

"Hey I didn't need cheering up, I'm plenty happy" I say with a smile

"Well yeah sure but isn't it hard to adapt" Mina says with a smile thats not quite a happy one.

"Adapt to what?" I ask

"You go from being someones friend to being the reason they almost died in a matter of minutes. That's gotta be stressful" Mina says refusing to make eye contact with anyone in the room.

"I wouldn't say it's stressful but it does take its toll" Kirishima says looking over at Mina

"So do all relationships" Bakugou says from his corner of the room.

"Speaking of relationships why are you sitting so far away from us?" Sero asks

"Because I can, tape face" Bakugou says not sounding too convincing.

"Well then why don't you come over and sit with us Kacchan" I ask, testing his patience.

Bakugou slowly stands up and tensely starts walking over to where the rest of us are.

"We don't bite" Mina says jokingly

"I mean some of us do but not today" Akasuki says laughing

After a few seconds of him scanning his seat options he picks the open spot beside Kiri.

"Why did we come to Kirishima's house again?" I ask questioning their choice of houses.

"Because my moms see you as a son and they made cookies" Kiri says with a laugh.

"Your moms are the best!" Sero says smiling

"Wait they made cookies and you didn't tell us?" Mina says half standing up

"To the kitchen" I say pointing to Kiri's door as everyone stands up besides blasty.

We all look at Bakugou awaiting the reason he didn't get up

"Sakura and Yua haven't seen me since I was almost the reason their son died" Bakugou says looking down at kirishima's crimson riot sheets

"What do you think they're mad at you? Is that why you were acting so weird lately about coming around?" Kirishima asks

"No. Maybe. Yes. Shut up" Bakugou says avoiding eye contact with Kiri.

"They aren't mad at you, they just want to get to know you bro" Kirishima says smiling at him

"Yeah yeah I know and don't call me bro shitty hair" Bakugou says getting off the bed and walking towards the door.

"To the kitchen, for real this time" Kirishima says with a laugh grabbing Bakugou's hand

We make our way down the stairs passing Kirishima's mom in the hallway

Kiri's mom, Sakura, isn't exactly your average lady. She's quite tall and very muscular just like her son. She has pointy shark teeth and long red hair. Unlike her son, her quirk can harden an object for 30 minutes but not her skin. She runs a karate studio.

"Hey everyone" Sakura says with a warm welcoming smile as Bakugou trembles in the back of the group

Is he scared of kiri's mom? There's gotta be something more to it than that

"Hi mom, we were just coming down to get some cookies" Kiri says greeting his mom

"Oh well I was just going to get a movie and join your mother in the living room, care to join us? Maybe we can get to know your friends better in the process" Sakura says smiling at us

"Uh yeah sure if thats okay with all of you" Kiri says looking back at us

We all look at Bakugou as he nods and slowly the rest of us follow

"Yeah we'll grab some snacks and meet you both in the living room" Kiri says as we walk into the kitchen.

As soon as I walk into the kitchen I accidentally run into someone

"Ah I'm so sorry" I say looking up at Kiri's mom

Kiri's other mom, Yua, is on the very different from her instructor wife. She's a short lady with normal teeth and jet black hair. She was born quirkless and owns a bakery down the road.

"Don't even worry about it sweety" Yua says patting me on the head.

"Hello ma'am you have a lovely home" Akasuki says standing behind Mina.

She's always been bad with authority figures I swear

"Please no need to be so formal any friends of Eijiro are friends of mine" Yua says with a smile.

"Will you be joining us for movie night?" Yua asks looking at us as Kiri nods

We grab the cookies and walk with Yua to the living room.

I slowly see Bakugou shaking behind me and decide to warn Kiri

"Hey bro he's not looking too good right now" I whisper to Kiri as he nods

"I noticed, I was worried about this. It'll be okay I'll talk to him real quick" Kiri says

"Will you excuse us" Kirishima says holding onto Bakugou's hand and exiting the room at a very fast pace

I hope he's okay

Sorry for being gone for 3 months I'm not exactly back but I'm less gone

Also would you guys like a side chapter with the kiribaku drama it won't affect the story if you don't read it or don't want it
