ASHER STEP AWAY FROM THE POND YOURE GOING--
*splash* Awn now I'm wet.- Asher
*sigh* what am I going to do with you guys. Roamisa, no you're not married yet, don't hug him.
Asher's pov:
Ugh, now I have to go change my clothes, due to the cold wenteness that's seeping in and onto my skin. My feet squish as I walk up the stairs, passing by Shizas room I head into mine and close the door. This early morning I went on my daily jog. Deciding to walk around a park for a bit, I started daydreaming. About Romaisa, which didn't exactly help with my walking abilities. Before I knew it, I fell into the nearby pond, the tiny critters swimming away.
By the time I got out, the temperature had gone up a bit but due to my wet clothing, it didn't exactly help with warming up my body.
As I put on a cotton tee, throwing the other one into the hamper, I realized that Romaisa's and mine wedding would be a winter wedding. The thought put a smile on my face, I've always loved the winter time. Something about the white to it all shows some type of tranquility.
As I lay down on the floor, starting my sit ups, I think of how her dress should be. White. But wouldn't that be too un-unique? One word to describe Romaisa would be unique and since she's going to be the lady of the night, I think all eyes should be on her...except for the guys eyes. If I find a guy staring at her who's not 17 or younger...oh boy, they wouldn't even see it coming.
Smirking, I push my adrenaline at the highest and finish off with a good hundred under six minutes.
I can't believe I'm already thinking about the wedding when the nikkah hasn't even happened, what if she thinks I'm a loser? She could break it off anytime. Looking down at my chest, I decide on working out a bit more...you know just in case.

3 days later
Romaisa's pov:
Oh god its nikkah day already! My heart races at the thought of being committed to someone. My mother woke me up at 6:30 this morning and however long I protested for, that's how long she would keep nagging. She even went to the point of saying, "No food for you until you've taken a shower and are fully woken up!" I need my food man, so I shot up and went into the bathroom.
Putting on some sweats, and a long sleeved shirt I head out blow drying my hair in the process. When it's all dry, I wrap a loose hijab, since we have some guests over that will be going with us later.
I slip on my slippers, and head down stairs, the smell of pancakes reaches my nose and I fasten my pace.
The old men, such as my father and my uncles have already gone to the masjid, checking on everything. At the table are some of my cousins plus Omar and Aiman, my mother is with my one aunt and Shizas mother in the kitchen, I pop my head in and say salaam before sitting down at the table. Zayn, my 16 year old cousin comes and plops down beside me. His brown hair is spiffed out under his lakers SnapBack and his grey eyes shine amusingly as he watches as I stack pancake after pancake after pancake.
