Blonde hair tickles my nose and I resist the urge to sneeze and ruin this moment of warmth. He talks nonsense in his sleep. Something about how the world is a simulation. Arms wrapped tightly around my torso as if I'd disappear.

I would have never imagined the cure of my loneliness to come in the form of a sweet smiling boy. A mess of caramel hair with a heart too big for his body.

Kim Jungwoo.

It's like he was made for me. As if God created him to be mine. Maybe Jungwoo really is an angel after all.

"Doyoung?" Blinking open hazey eyes, he releases his iron grip on me to sit upwards. A soft smile falls on his face and my heart goes crazy. I'm in absolute awe.

"Yes, love?" I brush a lazy hand through his fluffy hair and smile fondly at him.

"Can we stay like this?" He snuggles back into my embrace.

"Of course."

"Forever?" I hum a yes, tightening my hold on him.

Whatever happens, I'll hold him tightly forever. If I get lost, my legs will carry me home to him. If I get swept away at sea, my compass will always point towards him. No matter what, I will love Kim Jungwoo with every fibre of my being, with every beat of my heart and every breath I take.
