She fell unconscious in my lap, but I couldn't let her sleep just yet. I carried her and gently placed her on the table to get a better view and access to her wounds. She stirred as I placed a hand over her head and whispered in her ear.

"It's ok darling. We're just going to clean out your wounds." I said.

Phil handed me a bottle of whiskey and I unscrewed the bottle with my mouth as I held her upright. "Sweetheart, I need you to drink this before we start anything. She grumbled and took a large swig of whiskey, coughing as it burned down her throat. She held herself up as I pat her back. She took another large swig and laid back down to get as drunk as possible.

"Ok sweetheart, this will hurt." I said handing back the bottle to Phil, as I let her clench on to me.

Phil poured the whiskey over her bullet wounds as she clenched my hand wincing. I pet her head and held her hand tightly as Phil took brought out the tweezers and started working. Krissy screamed in pain as Phil carefully poked around.

"Got one." he said. "Hold still." he said as he carefully pulled out the first bullet.

Krissy gritted her teeth through the pain and exhaled heavily after Phil got the first one out.

"Give me that." she said as she grab the whiskey bottle and took a couple other swigs.

Phil looked at her. "Ready?" he asked as she nodded.

He started to poke around the second bullet wound, which was in a more sensitive area. She screamed and held on to me for dear life, as I rested my forehead against hers scratching the back of her head.

"Fuck, this ones tricky." Phil cursed. "Don't move."

He carefully moved the tweezers inside the wound as she gritted her teeth. He slowly pulled out the second bullet, as she panted in exhaustion.

"Hard parts over babe. Lets just get you cleaned and patched up." I whispered and she nodded. He poured whiskey to clean the wounds once more before taking out the stitching pack. When he finished, Link took over and grabbed the gauze and placed it over the stitches, patching her up.

She was pretty wasted at this point and I carried her to the couch. She needed to sleep but I couldn't let her sleep in that bed. It would be too painful for the both of us to step into our bedroom.

I set her down on the couch as she grinned at me goofy. "You're dirty." she giggled as she wiped away the specks on blood and dirt from my cheek as I smiled at her. "I'm dirty." she said, her smile fading from her face. "I'm dirty." she whispered softly to herself as tears streamed down her face.

"No baby shhhh." I said trying to comfort her. Phil, Link and Ricky stood over her caressing her. "You'll be ok, I promise you." I said as I kissed her head.

It didn't take her long before she passed out once again. I put a blanket over her and observed the damages to the house.

"We gotta leave here. HB's will track us down in no time." Ricky said.

"We'll need to burn it. Gather all the bodies and burn this fucking house down." Phil said through gritted teeth.

Link, Phil and I started carrying the heavy guards to the center of the house, piling them up. We gathered all the the weaponry as well as the computer stuff and loaded them into our vehicles. I hesitantly walked upstairs and stood in front of our bedroom door.

I felt someone's hand on my shoulder and turned around to find Phil looking at me with sorry eyes.

"Let me do it brother." he offered.

"Thanks man." I replied letting out a sigh of relief.

"I know man, I know." he said as he entered the room and shut the door behind him.

I made my way back downstairs to gather the rest of our belongings. We all finished everything in about two hours. Krissy was still fast asleep on the couch.

We all sat around the coffee table in silence.

"Did you see her?" Link asked. "I mean, how she took out all those guards."

We all nodded.

"It was like she was born for this." Phil said. "A switch she can just turn on."

It was extremely impressive how she could do that. But she didn't even understand it herself. How do I tell her she was born to be a criminal, a murderer?

"We need to get out of this fucking life." I said, burying my face in my hands. "I know you guys love this type of lifestyle, but I can't put her through this again."

The boys just fell silent.

"Isn't that up for me to decided?" Krissy mumbled as she slowly sat up wincing in pain.

We all gathered around her.

"Baby don't get up, you need to rest." I said.

She shook her head. "I've rested enough." she stood up and look around at our work. She quietly made her way to the pile of carcasses and stopped in front of Kowalski. She let out a screech of anger and started kicking him.

"Hey hey baby." I said running up to her and hugging her tightly in hopes she's calm down. "Shhh I know babe. I know. He already got what was coming to him."

"Nate dog, I think she just needs to let out some steam." Link said.

I looked into her eyes but all I could see were tears and all that anger she's bottled up over the years from her parents, people mistreating her, hating herself. It was all there. She really did need to blow off some steam.

"Go one babe. Let it out." I said releasing her. She went back to kicking the corpse till she physically couldn't anymore. She slumped down on the carpet and sobbed.

I gently cradled her in my arms. "It's done now babe. It's over." I said tears stinging my eyes. I haven't realized till now how much anger was actually bottled up in this tiny woman. It broke my heart how much hurt she had.

"Hey guys, we gotta go." Ricky said.

We both got up and I packed away the remaining equipment. Nate, Ricky and I stood outside as Link and Phil dowsed the place in gasoline. When they were done they came out and Phil lit a match. Krissy stopped him and took out a dirty cloth, stuffed it in the whiskey bottle she had been drinking to numb her pain, lit it and threw it inside the house.

The place lit up quickly as we drove away.
