"Okay Mark, you should be just fine.",I assured.

"Thanks, Ash. I don't know what I'd do without ya.",he replied tiredly.

"Don't mention it.",I shrugged.

Mark stood up from the couch and slowly made his way out the front door, to which I followed him out. He went inside his tent and went to mine.

I zipped open my tent and was not surprised to see the little pup still sleeping. "Storm, wake up buddy."

Her eyes fluttered open and she yawned before getting up. She turned to me and wagged her tail. "You wanna go on a walk?"

A gleam of excitement shone in her eyes and she yipped joyfully. I exited my tent with Storm and zipped it back up. I headed towards the outdoor table and grabbed a bag of chips and some biscuits for Storm.

Before I could do anything else, a voice rang out. "Wait."

I quickly turned around, only to see Andrew. I glared at him and asked,"What do you want?"

"I smelled Mark's blood and the humans' yesterday. I just want to know if you guys are alright."

"We're fine. Although Mark was injured but he's fine now. I kicked all the humans except for the old grandma and the little girl."

"Where's Mark now?"

"Why should I tell you?"

"I know what I did was a big mistake and I just want to apologize to him."

"Fine, he's in his tent."

"Thanks Ash."

I rolled my eyes and went towards the forest, Storm following closely behind.

"Hey Mark?"

"What?"

"I-I'm sorry."

"Oh really?"

"Y-Yeah. Look, I know I messed up big time. I didn't know what I was thinking back then."

"....."

"Please?"

"Fine I forgive you but don't think you're getting away with it."

"I don't."

"Then, get ready for a crap ton of pranks coming your way."

Sorry for the short chapter. I wanted to get as much chapters out as possible because I'll be going on holiday to a place that has no internet connection from 26 Dec till 4 Jan. I'll try not to put much time gap in between chapters.
