??? POV
I held up the wood plank, helping re-build the barn. I can't believe that didn't work! I thought to myself. It was the best plan ever and yet it didn't work! I sighed and finished putting the last wood plank up. "All it needs now is painting." I mumbled. And all I need now is a new plan. I smiled to myself before skipping back toward my dorm.

Yumi's POV
It had been a few days and the barn only needed to be painted so all the horses moved back inside. My hands also healed and I was walking to the barn. I stopped at the entrance and almost got trammpled by Stormrunner, Blackstar, Oreo, Flick, Stargazer, and Neptune. I dodged to the side. "Stormrunner!" I called and my horse trotted back. I ran inside the barn and got a few ropes to put them loosly around the other horses necks. I jumped onto Stormrunner who ran off after all the horses. Pretty soon all of them were back in their stalls. "Why do things keep happening." I pouted. I felt a tap on my shoulder and I jumped, turned around in mid air and looked at Kovu. "Don't scare me like that!" I snapped at him. He laughed ad held up is hands. "Sorry Yumi." He said. "It's fine. Your horse got out by the way.. So did a few others." I told him. "I see you got them back though." He added and I nodded my head. "I wonder who keeps doing these things. It seems like they are trying to hurt me so much that I quit the school.." I mumbled, half to myself. "What do you mean? Are you saying someone started that fire?" He asked and I nodded. "I found a used match by where Stormrunners stall used to be." I told him. "Now that doesn't mean someone started it." Kovu said to me. "Yes it does! Someone is out to get me Kovu!" I half yelled. "Hey calm down. I can hear you all the way from China." A new voice said and I turned around to see Jason standing at the barns door. "Hey Jason!" I smiled at him. "Hi Yumi." He smiled back and walked over to one of the stalls, letting out a pitch black horse. "This is Darkness, my horse." He said. 'Hello Darkness." I nodded to the horse. "Well I'm going to go ride Stormrunner now." I said and ducked into his stall, and got onto him. "I'll come with you!" Jason and Kovu said before they glared at each other. "I'm going alone you two." I said and trotted out.

I walked into the barn and got out Pepper who followed after Stormrunner and Yumi but still stayed out of sight. I can't believe she survived that and the fire! I thought and had Pepper go into the forest and had her run ahead, since they were just walking. Once far up ahead I jumped down and started to cut a tree. Once I only needed to cut it once more I waited for her. Once she was one step away I pushed it down, jumped onto Pepper and ran off.
Yumi's POV
Stormrunners ears were perked up as he moved. When we walked in front of a tree I heard a snap and the hooves. I looked over to see a brown horse and a tree falling. Stormrunner ran forward before it could crush us. "Stormrunner, is it just me or is someone trying to hurt us?" I asked him. He snorted and kept trotting. "Maybe one of those two should've come." I sighed and turned Stormrunner around to only be greeted by a brown horse. "Ayama! What are you doing here?!" I asked. "Nothing." She snapped at me before having Pepper trot away. I watched her confused before having Stormrunner go back to the school,

"Kit, Kat I think I know who is trying to hurt me.." I said softly to them. "What do you mean?" Kat asked. "Oh right I havn't told you yet. Ok so before I went on a trail ride a few horses got lose, then I almost got crushed with a tree, and just as I was walking back inside I was attacked by squirrels." I explained. "Along with the fire." I added. "Ok so who do you think is the master mind behind this?" Kit asked. "A girl from my racing class. Amaya." I said. After I told them they both looked like they were going to go on a killing spree. "Calm down.." I laughed lightly. "How can we calm down when someone is after our sister?" They both huffed. "Alright if this keeps going I'll tell the headmaster. But only after I know for sure Amaya is behind all this." I added. "Fine.." Kat sighed. "Thank you." I smiled before finishing my lunch.
