I laid on my bed, bored out of my mind. The teachers found out someone was trying to hurt me after glass gave me a few scratches, nails fell on me, and a few more trees almost crushed me. Kit and Kat would teach me things from classes so all I had to do was stay put but I wanted to go outside and find the person out to get me. I sat up from my bed and walked to my door, walking out of my dorm and snuck past the dorm manager.

I walked carefully to the barn, making sure I wasn't going to get hurt by anything. I managed to get inside the barn but then got covered by sand that gave me a few flesh wounds(they hurt) and I looked around finding the barn empty, other then the horses being there. "Who's there!" I yelled. I heard a laugh but couldn't pin point where it was. "You're going to have to leave this school sooner or later~!" The voice laughed. "I'll never leave!" I shouted. "Well it would be a shame if your horse got hurt wouldn't it~!" The voice laughed. "Leave Stormrunner out of this! He did nothing!" I shouted but the voice kept laughing. "Oh but he is the reason you keep winning races." It said. Worry filled my body and I ran to Stormrunners stall to find it empty. "WHERES STORMRUNNER!?" I yelled. The voice just laughed and soon silence filled the barn. Tears filled my eyes and my legs became weak, making me fall to the ground. I heard hooves but didn't bother to look up. "Yumi what's wrong?" I heard the concerned voice of Kovu. I kept crying in front of Stormrunners stall. I heard him sigh and he kneeled beside me. "Calm down Yumi." He said and my forehead, wiping away tears. "We'll find who took Stormrunner. Don't worry." He said and wrapped my arms around me. I moved closer to him and put my arms loosely around him. I moved my head out of his chest and kissed him softly on the lips. "Thank you." I sniffled. "What are boyfriends for?" He chuckled. I giggled lightly and we stood up. "Lets get you back to your dorm." He said, taking my hand and led the way.

"Alright so you guys know the plan?" Kit checked over and everyone, me, Kovu, and Kat, nodded our heads. "Then let's go." She said and we walked out of our dorm room, using the window instead though. We all ran to the barn and just as we planned we saw Amaya getting Pepper out of his stall. "Lets go Pepper." She said and hopped on her horse. We all quickly got on our horses, I rode with Kovu on Oreo though. We followed after Amaya and Pepper.

After riding forever Amaya came to a stop in front of a scary looking house. We all could her the neighs of horses through the walls. Amaya tied Pepper to a post and walked inside. We tied our horses farther away and followed her through the doors. Once we were inside we saw horse and people running around. We all hid behind some hay and watched. "Bring me my horse!" Amaya had told on of the people. Not even ten seconds passed before someone brought out a dapple grey horse who's name was Stormrunner. I watched in horror as Amaya started to bark orders at the skinny horse and when he didn't do what she said she would hit him with of a whip. I winced each time she would hit him. She gave off a crazy laugh when Stormrunner fell to his feet. "STOP IT!" I yelled and jumped out of the hay and ran over to the bleeding Stormrunner. Everyone followed after me while Kovu called the cops and the school. "Get away from him now or I'll whip him again!" Amaya yelled. "Never!" I screeched back. She then laughed and started to whip me. After five times of getting hit a hand grabbed her hand. "You can stop now Amaya." A voice said. I opened my eyes to see the headmaster. "LET GO OF ME OLD MAN!" Amaya shouted. Before anything else could happen police officers ran in and hand cuffed her. "Amaya you may now stop this at once and come with us quietly." One of them said. She kept laughig as she was dragged away. "Yumi are you alright?" I heard the headmaster ask me. "Y-yeah just take care of Stormrunner." I said before passing out.

I winced in pain as I sat up and looked at five bandages on my arms and legs. "Yumi! Thank goodness you're okay!" I heard Kat say. I nodded my head. "How's Stormrunner?" I asked. "He's fine and taken care of." Kit told me. "That's good.." I sighed happily. "What about Amaya and her horse?" I asked. "Amaya was sent somewhere and Pepper is now the schools horse." I heard another and my eyes almost threatened tears of joy. I looked over at Kovu and smiled. "Okay." I said. I stood up and gave him a hug. "Oh come on. What kind of affection is that?" he laughed and pushed me away a bit before picking me up and kissing my lips. I heard Kit and Kat fangirling and I blushed lightly. Kovu set me down and we held hands. "Everything should be safe once again." I said happily. We all nodded our heads. "Yep." Kit said and we all laughed for no reason. "The headmaster said that we could have a week off to get out heads wrapped around everything that happened." Kit spoke up. "But i've missed so much school. I have to go back.." I said. "You have to heal." Kovu scolded, lightly hitting my head. "But wolfy!" I whined. "No buts about it. Once you heal you can go back to class. Okay?" He said and I sighed. "Fine... I guess." I mumbled looking up at him. "Good." He said and kissed my head. "I must be off now or the dorm manager will find me in here." He said, climbing out the window. Just as he was about to jump onto the ground the dorm door flew open to show the dorm lady. "You! I will have no Romeo and Juliet in my dorm!" She said and walked toward the window. "Bye my dearest Juliet." He said. "Until a good tomorrow we shall meet again my Romeo!" I called as he jumped out and started to run away. "Oh my Romeo." I said, looking out the window before it was closed. "Go to bed!" The dorm lady said before leaving. We waited until the footsteps were no longer heard before erupting into laughter.
