I laid on the roof of the house, looking up at the lightly clouded night sky. The moon was high up in the sky so I guess it was midnight but I couldn't sleep. I sighed deeply and her movement behind me. "Whatcha doing up here?" A voice belonging to Kovu asked. "Can't sleep. So what are you doing at my house?" I chuckled, sitting up as he sat beside me. "Got bored so decided to see if you were awake." He shrugged. "At 12?" I rolled my eyes. "Yeah." He laugh quietly so he wouldn't wake the others. "Weirdo." I chuckled, kissing his cheek. "But you are my weirdo." I added. "And you love me so much." He said. I yawned lightly, putting my head on his shoulder. "Oi, sleeping beauty. Let's get back inside before you fall asleep." He chuckled and stood up, extending a hand out to me. "Why thank you." I said, taking his hand. He pulled me up and we climbed off the roof and went into the house. "You can stay over if you want. It's getting late and you probably are also tired." I said, dragging him with me to my room. He jumped onto my bed and hugged my pillow. "What on earth are you doing?" I giggled, sitting next to him. "This pillow smells really nice." He said. "Stop smelling my pillow." I chuckled laying down on the bed. He laid beside me, wrapping his arms around my waist. "Nighty night Yumi." He said. "Night." I said and he nuzzled into my neck and fell asleep. I chuckled softly and kissed him before I also drifted asleep.

Kovu's POV
I heard a knock from downstairs and opened my eyes slightly. "Aw." I mumbled. In front of me was a cute sleeping face of Yumi. "No... I want the dress... In... In blue please..." She talked in her sleep. "So adorable." I smiled and a thought came to my mind. I debated over the thought before deciding to go for it. I smiled and started to get changed. As I was pulling my shirt over my head Yumi woke up. "Hello love." I said and walked over, completely shirtless, and kissed her happily. When I pulled back her face was red. "Something wrong?" I laughed and she shook her head. "Just a dream." She shrugged and gave me a hug. She cuddled up onto my lap and we stayed like that forever making me set in stone the idea. "Lets go eat." I said and got up. I took her hand and started walking when she pulled back a bit. "Yeah?" I asked, turning around. "You should probably put a shirt on first. Kit and Kat don't even know you're here.." She said. I smirked and pulled her toward me, wrapping my free hand around her waist. "Does my little flower not want to share me?" I asked. She blushed a cherry red and shook her head. "N-no!" She stammered. "Aw don't worry flower you're my one and only love." I said and kissed her. "Wolfy!" She pouted, still blushing. I chuckled and hugged her tightly. "Alright, I'll put a shirt on, but only because you're so cute." I laughed and let her go and put on my shirt. "Ready now?" I asked. "Yeep!" She said happily. Once we were downstairs Kit was talking to a black hair. Good thing I put my shirt back on.. I thought and Yumi must've too because her hand tightened in mine. "Kit, who is this?" She asked.
Yumi's POV
'Kit, who is this?" I asked, hand tightening around Kovu's. "This is Ama, the owner of Nightmare. She came to see how he was doing." Kit said. "Ama, this is my sister Yumi. She holds a training school to teach kids how to ride." She said. Ama looked over at me and I could've sworn she scowled before smiling. "Hi there Yumi. It's nice to meet you." She said. Something about her poison green eyes seemed... Familiar. "Me and my husband love Nightmare so much and we want him to be trained so that he can compete without trying to fight the others." Ama laughed. "Well I am sure that my sister will take good care of him." I said. "Also, when did Kovu get here?" Kit asked crossing her arms. "He came over last night and stayed over." I mumbled. "Ah." She nodded. "C'mon Ama, I'll take you to see Nightmare." I said, kissed Kovu's cheek and led Ama away.

"This is Cookie and Coccoa. They seem to get along with Nightmare." I said to Ama. She nodded slightly and looked around. "Do you have a horse named Pepper?" She asked. "Yeah. I bought it from my old school cause I thought she needed a real rider then her last one." I said. 'Why do you ask?" I tilted my head. "A long time ago I saw something in the newspaper about a girl and something." She said, waving it off. "May I see the horse?" She asked. "I guess..." I mumbled and showed her to my barn. "Hm... Ah. This one." I said, stopping in front of a stall. Pepper stuck her head out and blew hot air into my face. "Hey girl." I smiled. She turned her head to look at Ama and sniffed her. "Weird.. She doesn't usually like strangers." I mumbled. "I'm just really good with horses.. Now I must be going. Nice meeting you.. Yumi. You too Pepper." She said and patted the horses head before leaving. Pepper neighed and shook her head. "Calm down Pepper." I said to the horse and chuckled. "Rawr!" Someone said and picked me up, spinning me around. I looked behind me to see Kovu. "Kovu!" I giggled. "Yes my flower?" He asked, still holding me. "Put me down!" I laughed. "What's that?" He asked. "Please put me down Wolfy!" I laughed. He then put me down. "I gotta go." He said and kissed my forehead. "Wait I was-." Too late. He had already left. I sighed and watched his car drive away. "I wonder what's got his pants in a bunch." I sighed. I heard a soft neigh and Oreo stuck her head out of one of the further stalls. "Right. No time for boy problems." I said and walked over. I walked into the stall and looked the plump belly. "Just pull through a few more weeks Oreo." I said and patted her neck lightly. She snorted softly and nuzzled me. "I gotta go now. Take care." I said and left.
Kovu's POV
I drove into town and went to my destination. I parked my car and walked into the building. "Hello there Kovu!" A female voice said. I siled at her. "Hey Stacy." I said. "You're a few minutes late." She added. "Yeah, I know. I was talking to Yumi." I shrugged. She sighed and grabbed my arm. "Come on. I don't got all day." She smiled and dragged me out of the place.
*Gasps* What could Kovu be planning? KOVU!
Kovu: Y-yes?
Me: What are you planning young man??!!
Stacy: Don't talk to my dear Kovu that way!
Kovu: N-now calm down you too..
Me&Stacy: *shoots insults at each other*
